Ichiban Sushi - Botani Square — Restaurant in Bogor

It' rare that I would give 1 star for a review.. But when I do, my intent is to call the attention of the management to improve it's service.. Here's itemized my observation; Ice on glass - when the ice was put on the glass, the waitress put the other glass filled with ice on top of each other. Cleaning the table - the waiter that cleans the table just drop the dirt unto the floor Take away food - the waiter arranging the take away food drops one piece on the table, he put it back with his fingers. Kitchen crew, holding nose, fixing hair and eating food in the kitchen - 1 crew was fixing his hair and his itchy nose, 1 crew used his fingers to eat a food in the kitchen, for what I see those food are for customers (tasting it maybe?) Dine in crew lazy walk - unmotivated crew serving the tables Plastic cover for chopstick - with its city's drive to less plastic use, maybe they can put on an alternative chopstick with paper cover. Service slow - my order arrived after 25mins.. with no words from the waiter how long it would take No one greets you going in. Choose your own table - it's not a rush hour yet, but the crew doesnt even asked or show you where the clean tables are. Dine in crew working in the kitchen without hats and gloves - one waiter/crew assigned in the dining area, went to the kitchen and prepare some rice without hairnet/hat and gloves (pic attached).

The service is exceptionally friendly and prompt, with the staff being incredibly helpful in assisting me to choose the perfect dishes. The menu boasts an impressive array of options, ranging from sushi and sashimi to other traditional Japanese cuisine, and I opted for the chicken teriyaki, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, as well as the salmon roll, which was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. What's more, the prices at Ichiban Sushi are remarkably reasonable, offering outstanding value for the exceptional quality provided. The restaurant's ambiance is also decidedly modern and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for dining with family or friends. Overall, I highly recommend Ichiban Sushi at Botani Square Bogor to all sushi and Japanese food enthusiasts, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning and exploring more of their delectable offerings! Sushi restaurant with standard taste but unfortunately cheap price. Chawan Musi never ready in this place. We don't hope to get the special treatment in this place because the waitress and waiters doesn't have the polite manner and the hospitality services. They even don't give smile to the costumer. For example this one. But of course, when there are the price there are the good services too. I still hope the management will improve their staff and ichiban sushi will be the best restaurant so maybe the costumer Will enjoy their meal in this and Will come back to this...
