We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible coffee variety at this hidden gem in Cirebon! Initially, the shop's humble exterior and off-the-beaten-path location didn't give much away. But once inside, we were greeted by a world of specialty coffee, with manual brewing tools and a menu featuring intriguing beans we'd never heard of.
We indulged in the aromatic Finca Milan, the delightful Aramosa, and the intriguing Sindoro. The Finca Milan, in particular, was a revelation, with its complex flavors. We even recommended this place to our coffee-loving friends, who were equally impressed by the serious coffee offerings.
The next morning, we couldn't resist trying the Aji Bourbon, a standout in both hot and iced versions. We also grabbed Aji Bourbon, Puntang, and Ombligon to-go.
