I visited J.CO Teuku Umar on a hot day, and I expected a cool and comfortable environment when stepping inside. Unfortunately, it was still quite warm and not as cool as other J.CO locations I’ve been to. The layout on the 1st floor was confusing and didn’t follow the typical J.CO store setup, which added to the initial frustration.
The service left a lot to be desired. Out of the staff there, only one was friendly, while the others seemed exhausted and unwelcoming. My experience took a turn for the worse when I noticed a fly on my order. I asked the cashier to replace the affected donut, but she only changed the box, not the donut itself, despite talking to two other staff members who were preparing the donuts.
This was especially disappointing because I had ordered the donuts for a birthday celebration. After taking them away, I had to reheat them myself just to be safe, which left me speechless. But the place to sit quite comfortable and supposed to be cozy. But couple of times I went there the table dirty and many crumbs or dirty papers or tissues lying around and the datff seems slow to clean this up or you need to call someone before you sit down. Obviously I don't give and alao not have more at hand. So I leave and he hit my car... Thats just wrong!!!
