KR - Kampoeng Renon — Restaurant in Denpasar Timur

I don't want to say this but I need to share how this restaurant is a bad one. I came during lunch time and it was raining. We ordered a whole ayam betutu, sate lilit, capcay and fries parmigiano. The service is not professional and the kitchen looks like they are not ready for any kind of cooking. One thing I want to mention is also the toilet, bruh it's like a wrecked ship and u can get a free shower from the rain. It took so long for the food to be ready because they said there is an unexpected order but we were the only customer there smh. When the food came we noticed that the sate lilit is a day old food and it was whack especially the ayam betutu is not ayam betutu, it was funny and dissapointing. You can see the kitchen's condition when you are going to the outdoor natural toilet and see the guy panicking to prepare the order there lmao. At first I decided to came to this restaurant is because the rating is 4.4 which is really good but this is exactly what happened. Thumbs down 👎 and I hope this restaurant can get a better management.

Service was amazing, the owner was present and kept me company as I was alone. She was very sweet and spoke perfect English. On top of that the food was amazing, fresh and a perfect hint of spice. You could tell that they put a lot of effort when making it. On top of that they offered me a tasting of a snack that they make here which was spectacular. It was crispy and light in flavour which is good for something I would snack to. Important Food very good n waitresses is kind + calm voice Not noisy so I like it. Me n my husband with our baby girl have dinner there I order iga sapi soup, potato cheese bread,sate lillit(?) with strawberry n avocado juice. My husband Not eating coz he have something just before so not hungry (good for me so he with baby I can relax dinner) anyway the food very yum the iga sapi soup is cook very well tender meat n potato cheese bread is soft n real cheese many can give to baby too sate is nice too but spicy so don't share with baby lol I really enjoy...
