Tutto by Tutto Bono presented a dining experience that fell short of expectations. The Sirloin Steak, initially well-seasoned, quickly turned dry and arrived overcooked compared to the requested doneness. Moreover, the portion size didn’t match its price, and the quality of the accompanying French fries, although passable, didn’t align with the expected standard for the cost. Additionally, more sauce options that complement the dish would have been appreciated.
The Tutto Signature Wagyu Burger showcased excellent meat quality but failed to harmonize flavors and appeared messy. Raw onions disrupted the balance, and the bread failed to enhance the premium meat, lacking in both texture and taste.
The Lava Cake, despite its good taste, suffered from an overcooked consistency and a smaller size than anticipated.
The drinks - Peach tea and Lychee tea - were passable, neither impressing nor disappointing.
Service remained a highlight with a notably friendly waiter providing a pleasant experience. However, the restaurant’s location, while offering good parking and a nice atmosphere next to a karaoke place, provided a confusing ambiance. The notable disparity between the first and second floors, featuring different themes, might have disoriented patrons. Additionally, the employees’ uniforms stood out notably on the second floor.
In summary, Tutto by Tutto Bono showed promise but fell short in delivering a satisfying dining experience. While individual dishes had their merits, the overall execution lacked finesse, with inconsistencies in food preparation, underwhelming portions, and a disorienting restaurant ambiance. Despite the friendly service and decent location, improvements in food quality and ambiance coherence are necessary for a more enjoyable...
Read moreGood Food. We ordered the vegetarian pizza. It was a thin crust wood fired pizza with mushrooms, paprika, zucchini, and corn. Well seasoned, fragrant herbs, and fresh toppings. A little more mozzarella will make it perfect 😁
Big portion, 8 slices of pizza for 85K.
Wide range of authentic Italian cuisines in their menu: antipasti, zuppa, insalate, primi piatti, risotto, second piati, pizza, dolci, wine, high tea, coffees, etc. They even have vegetarian options.
Fine dinning (bit pricey). 1 pizza, 2 teeny tiny cups of coffee: 180K (December 2019).
Good service, well trained & friendly staffs, though I'm "just a local".
Free appetizer is served while you're waiting for your food. (some tasty savoury crisps & bread with a tomato chutney: which tasted quite interesting & exotic).
Fast service, maybe it was because the place was not crowded, only few customers at the same time.
Spacious and Beautiful place. Well designed & decorated. Clean toilet (though it's a bit tiny). Beautiful lighting (I came at night) . The best place: 2nd floor outside.
Clean
Quiet Place (perfect for having a chit chat without being distracted by the music or the crowd)
Will I come again? Yes, once in a blue moon when the crave to have Italian cuisines really kicks in or to have a date night with my husband.
Does this place suitable for family dinner with kids or little kids? Yes, the place is quite spacious, they can explore a bit, just don't let them hang around in the outdoor area.
Does this place accomodate big...
Read moreI was planning to buy some cakes and souvenirs for my family after noticing Tutto’s roll cake signage on the main street. Then i realize that it’s italian restaurant too, so i told my family to grab some cakes and have a dinner altogether at the same place. I think Tutto is worth to try. Unfortunately, before I even stepped fully out of my car, I was rudely dismissed by their security/parking staff.
The interaction was unprofessional and unfriendly. Instead of welcoming me as a potential customer, I was told not to purchase anything and got kick out. I even clarified twice, asking: “Bener ya pak saya gajadi beli nih ya?”—and the security replied, “Iya gausah beli.”
This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of Tutto. I simply got back into my car and left.
Good luck, Tutto—I will never return, nor recommend this place to anyone. I genuinely wanted to try your roll cakes and have a dinner at your restaurant, but i won’t...
