Overall is just like other McDonald's. They have drive-thru, couldn't say it's fast, just like other drive-thru in Indonesia.
About covid19 situation: One day I went here, there was very strict covid19 protocol. I went there with a friend and wasn't allowed to sit on 1 table because that table had only 1 chair, when I wanted to take a chair from another table, the staff came up to me and asked to sit somewhere else. Actually it was kinda weird, what if I came there with a family member who lives together in 1 house. It's understandable if it's strangers, but if it's a friend/family who close to us and meet everyday, it doesn't make sense to separate us in McDonald's if we are in close contact outside of McDonald's. It doesn't harm other guests as long as we don't sit close to other guests.
The next time I went there was few months later, I went with my dad and it was very crowded, people were in crowds/groups, some were in front of the door downloading Peduli Lindungi app, some were in the front of the ordering machine and it was really crowded with strangers without social distancing, even someone bugged in me from back. But the seats on 1 table are distanced, I couldn't sit right in front of my dad, it was diagonally. Read moreCheck again your order!!! This has been few times already that the staffs in this branch are not capable handling orders. I order few items, take away. Once home, i found out that one item is not in the paper bag. I mean, I paid for the food, (and the service for them to put in the right items to the bag), but should I still check for all my items in front of the queue???? Again as I mentioned, it’s not my first time, but this one specifically has made me sick! You guys should work properly! Another cases; I order A, but ended up getting B. Like, do you even process the order accordingly? Or just put whatever into the bag? . When I tried to complain, and ask for this branch specifically to be checked/inspected for the quality control, it was very hard. Tried to check their website for Customer Support, I ended up filling out my complain in a form, which limited me at only 255 characters. Like, how the heck can I explain my concern and complain in 255 characters??? Tried to call their 14045 for few timessss, and didn’t go thru. From there I concluded that somehow this company limits its customer to reach out for such case (complain). But when you want to order big, do not worry, they have a lot of channels. . They have new order system with high technology which makes customers easier to order and no need long queue to order. Cashier desks only to pay if cash and take orders.
Cleanliness is always great. Even lot of selfish customers still don’t want to take their own trash to the dust bin and return back the tray to the provided spot, their staffs clean all trash right away.
They also provide some spots with electricity sockets but sometimes few customers use the spots all day with their laptop or more than 6 hours which is annoying for short term customers who need to charge phone in urgent situation.
