I thought I'd add to my review. It's funny that you asked teachers to give positive feedback. That's not fair in the least. Also I would like to point out that you gave free coffee for a score of 5 on google maps. After that your credibility is even more lacking. It means that you don't accept objective criticism. Instead of thinking and possibly contributing something useful and new to your institution you just asked your teachers to give you good marks. All the praise came right after my negative review. All the reviews are around the same time. Reviews with Surnames and first names of Kidzcafe staff and teachers. Don't make fools of people.
The food in the place is not tasty. There used to be some changes in the menu for both adults and children, but with the departure of the manager Jenna (who tried to introduce new healthy dishes), everything became the same horribly tasty again. Service is very long, even when there are no customers. In rainy weather puddles are knee-deep, the grass in the playroom all flooded with water. About Kidzklab, earlier in the group were foreign teachers who spoke English well, but now Kidzklab has lost its former attractiveness and became ordinary Balinese. The program has become monotonous, a lot of Indonesian. Fried in oil and unhealthy food is back on the Kidzclub menu.
It is a pity, because six months ago this place was wonderful. The only positive change is the nice design of the walls in the cafe (before there were terrible walls with cracks). And also the boy who stands at the reception is just a miracle, very nice...
Read moreKidz Cafe in Sanur is a fantastic establishment that caters to both kids and families, providing an engaging and enjoyable environment for everyone. During my recent visit, I was impressed with the diverse range of activities, delicious food options, and the overall welcoming atmosphere.
One of the standout features of Kidz Cafe is its play area that accommodates different age groups. From a variety of play structures to ball pits, climbing frames, and slides, children of all ages can safely explore and have a blast. The play area is well maintained, ensuring a clean and secure environment for kids to enjoy themselves.
The cafe's staff members are attentive, friendly, and genuinely seem to enjoy interacting with children. They are always ready to assist and supervise the little ones, making parents feel at ease. Additionally, the staff members organize fun events and entertainment such as face painting, arts and crafts sessions, and storytelling, providing an added layer of excitement and engagement.
Parents will appreciate the comfortable seating areas where they can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a snack while keeping an eye on their children. The cafe also provides free Wi-Fi, allowing parents to stay connected while enjoying quality time with their children or connecting...
Read moreKidzCafe Sanur is the perfect place for families with young children in Sanur. In the mornings, they have their KidzClub for members and walk-ins. It is like a kindergarten, where kids can learn, dance, sing, craft and play, while parents drink, eat and work with fast WiFi. It’s the perfect spot to give your kid a great time, while you are working or running your errants – older kids can stay with the staff while the parents are away.
In the afternoon and the whole day at the weekends, KidzCafe Sanur is a family-friendly restaurant with a safe playground, lots of high-class toys, swings and slides. They also have activities like DIY, Taekwondo, Balinese Dancing and more. It’s almost unbelievable, that they charge only 70K per kid entrance fee – this already includes a children’s menu and drink.
The food is great and a mixture of Indonesian and western dishes like Burger and Pizza. They have a large kids menu and also very good coffee from an Italian coffee machine.
If you like to have a birthday party for your child, KidzCafe is the perfect spot. They organize everything from decoration, MC and games to piñata and give-away-gifts.
The staff is friendly, and the owners always try to improve the place.
