First thing first, not recommended. Why? indoor aircon area has very bad ventilation, don't risk yourself smelling like sweating fish from the open kitchen inside. Your clothes and your hair is gonna suffer really bad, I kid you not. outdoor area is not any better, flies are everywhere! ordered the set menu of fish soup with rice and fried fish : fish soup was da*n salty and a lot of MSG swimming inside, fried fish was salty too. ordered Tenggorokan goreng, which is like its throat (?!) , soft tender meat but again seasoning was salty to our liking. dirty toilet location is on mainstreet but easy to miss as you have to turn to a small alley
On the good side, this place has : big parking space for motorbikes and cars wifi is available fish is actually fresh, unfortunately over seasoning and too much MSG. you don't Handle seafood in that way, simplicity is best! waiter was nice, once he saw us fighting flies with our hands he immediately brought us some candle : didn't work like magic but it helps a bit! high price for this area, and overall, it's just expensive for this quality. I'd rather go to Warung Be Sanur, cheaper and better taste local crowds who are used to MSG and salty food

Read moreJust had my first visit to Warung Bambu Lulu Sop Kepala Ikan and honestly, I’m still thinking about the food. I ordered the whole fish head soup with their signature kuah bening, and it totally lived up to the hype. The broth was super flavorful — light and fresh, with a perfectly balanced tangy taste and subtle notes of turmeric and keffir lime leaves that made it so comforting and refreshing at the same time. The fish head was massive and incredibly fresh, not the slightest hint of smell, and so tender I could clean it down to the bone without any effort.
I also ordered their tumis kecipir okra with salted fish and it was another hit. Just a simple dish, but cooked really well — the kind of food that feels homey, satisfying, and even a bit healthy. Fried eggs fish too salty to the point it’s not edible , it’s pricy either 85.000 IDR, it’s still OK if it’s edible but it’s wasn’t. I’m worried that the cook got COVID 19 and can’t taste the food so it’s become way too salty.
Fish soup wasn’t fresh, fish meat feel too soft and brittle, probably been too long stay in the freezer. The same for the fried fish, I need to push myself to finish the dinner. It’s awful.
Rice portion was below the standard of what you usually get in most of restaurants in Bali.
Rice noodles was the worst it reeks of old oils, probably they re use old cooking oils again and again, don’t risk your health and ruin your dinner eat somewhere else.
I don’t know why they have a good ratings and some said “ the best fish soup in Bali” , no it’s not. Don’t waste your money , give it to someone else who works better.

Telur ikan sangat asin hingga tidak bisa dimakan, harga juga tidak murah Rp 85.000,00 tapi tidak bisa dimakan . Saya khawatir Yang masak sedang terkena Covid 19 sehingga indera perasa nya hilang hingga masak nya tidak sadar terlalu asin.
Sup ikan tidak segar , daging ikan hancur dan rasa tidak segar , seperti nya ikan Yang sudsh terlalu lama di freezer dan sudah mati ber kali kali . Ikan goreng tidak jauh beda , harus memaksakan diri untuk menghabiskanya.
Porsi nasi dibawah standar resto resto lain di Bali, sangat sedikit dan kecil .
Bihun goreng adalah Yang terburuk, rasa tidak enak sekali karena tengik minyak lama Yang sudsh di pakai berulang kali . Lebih buruk cari bihun instant, lebih baik makan bihun/ mie instant . Karena ini benar benar parah .
Saya tidak tau kenapa banyak Yang kasih rating bagus dan ulasan sup ikan terbaik , karena ini benar benar di bawah standard . Tolong di benahi kualitas nya dan lebih peduli dengan masakan masakan nya . Ini benar benar pengalaman Yang buruk, buang buang uang, buang makanan, makan malam Yang menyedihkan.

After I contacted Warung Bumbu via Instagram/ WhatsApp , they exchange all the foods the next day . And I found improvement on the foods , the soup feel fresh , rice noodles not reeks of old oil anymore , and above all the fried fish eggs taste didn’t taste like eating pure salt anymore. Hereby I change the ratings from one to three for a good customer service and owner humility to receive feedback and being responsible.
Setelah saya menghubungi Warung bumbu Lulu lewat Instagram / whatsapp . Mereka mengganti semua makanan di malam berikut nya . Dan saya menemukan kali ini makanan lebih baik , sup ikan lebih segar dan tidak terasa lama , bihun goreng tidak tengik minyak lama lagi , dan yang paling penting telur ikan goreng sudah tidak berapa seperti makan garam murni lagi.
