Ramen1 — Restaurant in Depok

I hereby writing this rating for Ramen1 located in D Mall, Depok. It is just open so google doesn't have the location.

I was really dissapointed for the service. They charged me for service cost, yet their service was worst. We needed to wait for around 40 minutes for the food to come out. I asked for the menu twice. Other costumer sitting beside me who came later than me got the menu list first. The waiters did not really hear that the costumers asking for assistance. They didn't know which one come first. I got my ramen after asking and complaining why the costumers siting next to me got their food first, even I did the order first! The ramen was just so so. And when we were eating the food, there was a girl waiter deliver our food! Like how on the earth she didn't see us eating! At that moment it was 50 minutes later after we arrived.

It was really not worth it, for the price and the time spent, really the worst ramen experience I've ever...

Pelayannya (perempuan) dari awal saya dan calon suami saya duduk sampe selesai pemesanan itu ga ada senyumnya sama sekali. JUTEK BANGET. Kaya punya masalah sama pelanggan yg lg di layaninnya. Buku menu di kasih pas baru saya minta (posisinya toko ga begitu rame, hanya 7 meja yg terisi). Pelayannya pun pas saya perhatiin malah berdiri dan ngobrol dgn sesamanya. Setelah menu di kasih, dan saya memesan menu, ternyata menu yg saya pesan habis kemudian ganti menu dan habis lagi, akhirnya saya sindir, "trs makanan yg ada apa mbak? Saya makan mangkok sama gelas gitu?". Pelayannya sama sekali no response dan ga ramah tanggapannya. Liat mukanya aja saya enek. Sampe akhirnya saat pesan minum, saya dan calon suami pesen cold dan hot ocha. Lalu calon saya menanyakan, "hot ocha bisa refill ya mbak?" pelayannya jawab "bisa" sambil mengambil buku menu. Makanan datangnya lama, dan minuman baru di antar saat porsi makanan kami sudah mau habis. (Entah sengaja biar tidak bisa refill mungkin, itu pikiran jelek saya!). Sampai kami selesai makan, calon saya minta refill, sama pelayan (laki²) yg membawa piring kotor, dia bilang "sebentar" tapi di tunggu² kok ga datang, akhirnya saya ketusin sama pelayan yg lg pd bengong berdiri, "mana ini refillnya ya drtd saya minta?" saking saya udah keselnya dan geregetan sama buruknya pelayanan dari ramen1, saya lgsg ke kasir dan bayar, sambil saya kritik bahwa saya kapok dgn ramen1 margocity, mengecewakan. Langsung saya tinggal. Semoga besok2 pelayanannya bisa lebih baik lg dan pelayannya yg ramah sama pelanggan, kasih senyuman. Toh, kita juga makan bayar...

I was eating here with my friend. We are ordering chiken karaage set that suppose to come with a soup. After waiting for a really really long time, our food is coming but no soup. So i ask the waiter about the soup and he said yes, please wait. But because we are so hungry we just eat first. And guess what. That soup is never coming.
