Roemah - Coffee, Eatery, and Hub — Restaurant in Depok

Strategically located at Margonda street, near UI station, the aesthetic building must catch your attention. Inside, it is quite cozy, as it has quite big amt of glass in the building, sunshine can enter the room and it brighten the mood of the room.

It provides quite complete food (small bites and main meal), and coffee, of course. The coffee itself tasted quite good, I coud give 4/5 stars.

One (and main) downside (this is what decrease my score a lot) is all the rooms (air conditioned or not) are smoking area. As a person who cannot stand smoke, I'm really disappointed in its policy on this. Addition: they serve coffee with plastic cups (in the midst of these lessplastic campaign)! Even yours is not a takeaways. Sorry but I will never come again...

Accessible. Nice ambience. Some of the menu are unique & traditional (they served Wedang Jahe!). However, a little bit pricey for the snacks.

Both place (AC/no-AC) are heaven for the smokers. So for people who hates/can't stand smoke, might reconsider to go to this place. But, so far, this place is good for working on laptop.

Additional information: the locals held some "stand-up comedy time" on Wednesday night. To people who enjoy it, be sure to watch it. And to people who can't stand it (like me, personally) or seeking for workplace, please avoid to come on...

Begitu masuk kedalam ruangan dengan konsep industrial, tempatnya nyaman dan ada rak buku dimana kita bisa memilih buku untuk dibaca. Sangat menyenangkan menemukan buku untuk dibaca dimana saat ini minim sekali tempat coffee shop yang menyediakan buku bacaan. Point plus untuk konsep coffee shop nya 👍🏼.

Menu makanan yang bervariasi dari menu indonesia hingga western. Saya memesan adalah nasi ayam betutu, nasi ayam goreng, nasi karage bowl, dan gorengan platter untuk makanannya.Dan untuk minumannya, Saya memesan v60 aceh gayo, v60 aceh gayo wine, coffee beer dan Ice tea.

Menurut pendapat saya, yang menjadi juaranya adalah Kopi v60 (varian aceh gayo dan gayo wine), dan nasi ayam betutu. Untuk nasi ayam betutu tidak pelit bumbu dan terasa pas.

Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah ruangan ber-AC (non-smoking) yang kurang dingin dikarenakan pintu smoking room terbuka. Seharusnya ditutup saja, dan mungkin menambah sedikit lampu agar terlihat terang. Agak sulit untuk membaca buku dikarenakan lampu kurang terang, dan harus berpindah ke meja yang dekat pintu masuk untuk bisa mendapatkan cahaya yang cukup dari luar untuk membaca buku.

Overall, Saya memberi 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Alasannya, Suasananya perlu diperhatikan agar costumer lebih nyaman, Namun makanan dan pelayanan staffnya ramah...
