Caldera at ARTOTEL Cabin Bromo — Restaurant in East Java

Stayed at Artotel for 2 nights, and this establishment served us well for breakfast, breaks and dinner. As much as offering a good staple of choices, the view from this establishment was second to none. Apart from its Kue Tiaw that falls albeit saltier from what we used to have, the rest offered a good value of money. What amazed us was as much as the offerings inclined towards International, they still wont forget a host of local ones, especially local drinks. The restaurant inside Artotel Bromo offers a beautiful setting with direct views of Mount Bromo. On certain days, they also host special events such as movie nights and bonfires, which make the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

The food is slightly more expensive, but still reasonable considering it’s within a hotel and tourist area. Service is excellent — the staff are very attentive and happy to explain the menu. Breakfast is also served here, making it a convenient and pleasant dining spot...

The waiting time to place an order was excessively long, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. We had to ask three times before our empty plates were cleared. Additionally, we were informed that one of the appetizers was sold out only after we had ordered it, and my friend’s dish was brought out before the other items we had ordered.
