La Moringa is a relatively new place in town that provides unique dining experience. Here are my opinions about them.
Pros: Staffs are well trained. You could tell it from how they handle customer, multitasking, product knowledge. Such a service excellence. Their menu is unique as their trying to bring up local taste of NTT and it really goes well to our taste. Must try gelato! Their gelato might be the best in town. They offer less sweet with hints of savory taste. A well made balance of delicacy.
Cons: They need to pick better song for background. Up beat pop song isn't suitable. Down tempo, chill or lofi would be better because we customer want to eat in peace and relax. Menu book need to be improved. The font and size made them hard to be read. Also try to put some photos of the food on the menu so customer would have better picture...

They have Moringa teaz Moringa latte, Moringa thins cookies, Moringa rice, Moringa dips for snack platter, English Breakfast with Moringa, Moringa spaghetti carbonara, etc. We also enjoyed Kompyang, the traditional bread dish from Labuan Bajo, we fell in love, and you should too. They also have gift shop consisting all Moringa packs (tea, cookies, snacks, etc).
