Came here during lunch time weekdays. Place is very spacious, back then there was this bunch of tante2 groupies doing arisan and kinda loud. The waitress and waiters are very attentive knowledgeable about the menus, excellent service (lives up to the name butler, if that is their point).
We ordered
butler's steak (IDR 199k) The knife and presentation of the steak is nice and unique. The meat itself is nice, just fine. Tender, lack of juiciness though. We had it in medium rare. The taste of the meat is okay for me.
Special butcher's cut (IDR 229k) So this menu is basically what the chef serves for us that day. Which cut, what type. They did gives us a heads up what cut that day, but we kinda forgot. Had it in medium, kinda regret it cause it makes it lacks juiciness and kinda dry. Still tender though.
At Butler's steak, you had to order the sides which is not included within the steak price. When you order the steak, it is only included the steak and the sauce itself. But the portion of the sides are big, like can be shared up to 3 people for usual sides portion on a steak. We had the broccoli triple cheese (IDR 42k), portion big, generous amount of cheese, if you are a cheese lover, this is it. The broccoli itself are not overcooked, still had it's crunch. Although might be too much for two, in terms of portion. Since they had generous amount of cheese, makes you feel full fast.
Sauteed Mushroom (IDR 39k), this is the least dish we like. So salty, and watery ? Sauce are very liquid, and taste are very salty.
Ordered chicken wing (IDR 62k) , typical chicken wing, not dry, wasabi mayo complement it nicely. It was okay.
I had the caesar salad as take out, and their presentation of the salad is very unique and not practical. You kinda like to cut your own bulk of veggies, and take out this salad is not recommended, since they give you wooden thin knife. This salad is like, DIY salad.
For dessert they give you complimentary on the table ice cream. Which is an nice addition.
Overall, I like dining here, service are excellent, food wise okay, not extraordinary, might expect a juicier and tender meat, well maybe the wagyu might be. Price are kinda on the higher sides since they separate the sides, which is not friendly for people whom like...
Read moreFive resplendent stars!, I do hereby bestow upon the illustrious Butler's Steak at Damai Indah Golf, a veritable bastion of epicurean delight! The repast, a cornucopia of gastronomical wonders, did commence with the opulent Op Prime Rib, its tender fibers and rich flavor bespeaking the mastery of the culinary artisans. The Picanha Angus, a majestic cut of beef, did rival its predecessor in succulence and taste, whilst the Gyudon, a dish of Japanese provenance, did showcase the chef's versatility in harmonizing flavors and textures.
The Nasi Goreng, a staple of the Orient, was elevated to unprecedented heights by the accompaniment of a delectable beef skewer, its char-grilled essence mingling in perfect harmony with the savory rice. The Fish and Chips, a humble dish of British extraction, was transformed by the chef's deft hand into a crispy, golden delight, its freshness and flavor a testament to the kitchen's unwavering commitment to excellence.
And, as the pièce de résistance, a complimentary serving of ice cream, a sweet and creamy denouement, did bring the meal to a most satisfying conclusion. Throughout the evening, the service, attentive and courteous, did mirror the excellence of the cuisine, ensuring a truly unforgettable experience.
In conclusion, I do most ardently recommend Butler's Steak at Damai Indah Golf to all who seek a culinary adventure of the highest order. 'Tis a gastronomic paradise, where every dish is a masterpiece, and every...
Read moreI had a wonderful dining experience at Butler's Steak in PIK Damai Indah Golf. I ordered the Bone-in Striploin (500 grams of US Prime Bone-in Striploin steak), and the flavors were exceptional. The steak was perfectly cooked to my preference, tender, and juicy, paired with Butler's baked potato and schnitzel salad, which added a delightful contrast of textures. The portion was generous, and it left me fully satisfied.
I also tried the Fajita, featuring 300 grams of Australian Angus rib-eye. The meat was incredibly flavorful, especially with the flour tortilla, sautéed vegetables, guacamole, corn salsa, and mint yogurt. Each element complemented the dish beautifully, giving it a vibrant and fresh taste.
To accompany the meal, I had the Barbanera Toscana Rosso, a perfect choice that enhanced the flavors of the dishes. The wine had a balanced richness, making it a great pairing for the steak and fajita.
I was especially impressed by the service. Kristi, our server, was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had a great time. It added to the overall experience and made us feel well taken care of.
The ambiance is fantastic – family-friendly yet with a lively and fun vibe. It's a place where you can enjoy great food with loved ones, but still feel like you're in for a bit of an adventure.
I highly recommend Butler's Steak if you're looking for quality food, excellent service, and a comfortable, yet...
