A Disappointing and horrible Experience ā Avoid This Place
If I could give negative stars, I would. This establishment is by far the worst Iāve encountered. While the mediocre taste of the food is forgivable, the appalling service is not.
Unjust Extra Charges I ordered two whole chickens (priced at 59k each) and requested that both be cut into pieces. Shockingly, the staff refused unless I paid an additional 15k per chickenāa practice Iāve never encountered in Indonesia or abroad. Charging extra for a basic service like cutting a chicken is absurd and exploitative.
Poor Service, Worse Management The staff were unaccommodating, slow, and clearly untrained. However, the root of the problem lies with management. Lazy leadership and a lack of proper training have created a culture of indifference. Workers mirror this neglect, resulting in inefficiency and a total disregard for customer satisfaction.
A Better Alternative Save your time and money: Roschick Chicken in Gandul is infinitely superior. Their chicken is tastier, prices are fairer, and service is both friendly and swift. They handle requests like cutting chicken without nickel-and-diming customers.
