TOO DISAPPOINTED. Just went home from here, tho it open till 10 pm decided to go here for finishing my work with husband at fore ruko kelapa gading, arrived 8.12 pm, i order 2 coffees then suddenly without any information like every coffeshop did (informing for last order etc) in 9pm the barista playing song OUT LOUD while laughing as if ASKING US TO BE AWAY N COME HOME. PLS CONSIDER TO GIVE ANY SERVICE STANDARD TRAINING TO ALL YOUR BARISTA. WONT COME HERE AGAIN. AND PLS REVISE YOUR OPERATIONAL HOURS TO 9PM NOT 10PM, IT CONFUSED US.

Sebagai pelanggan Fore sy kecewa baru sekali ini kelupaan tambahan oat milk tp tdk bisa padahal kopi blm dibuat Hari ini 27 November 2024 sy ke cabang Boulevard Barat kelapa Gading lagi & pesan 2 pandan latte large bundling dengan croissant dan pain au tiramisu kondisi sepi tdk ada pengunjung sewaktu sy pesan, lama menunggu tdk juga dipanggil, setelah sekian lama menunggu sy tanya pesanan sy kok blm keluar ternyataaa sdh lama tersaji tapi tdk dipanggil dan lagi2 si Martini lagi (mungkin Martini kesal dgn ulasan sy sebelumnya), apa Fore tdk bs cari pramusaji yg bener

Kopinya enak, saya coba caramel praline coffee ice blended, dengan sugar 50%, pas rasanya, pahit dan manisnya dapet. Stafnya helpful dan ramah. Interiornya terang, tidak seperti kafe sebelah yang pakai nuansa kayu malah agak redup lampunya. Kelemahan, ternyata ada nyamuknya, sekali² perlulah difumigasi, biar nongkrong disini gak digigit nyamuk hehe. Per 8 Feb 2025 saya kesini lagi, nyamuknya sdh gak ada, acnya dingin. Cobain kopi tani sama bumi latte, yg bumi latte rasa mirip hazelnut coffee nya point coffee indomaret punya, yg kopi tani rasanya agak nanggung, mesti diperkuat lagi rasa kopinya. Sebenarnya crewnya ada 2, tapi pas order yg ngelayani hanya 1, jadilah menunggu 25 menit, order jam 19.22 selesainya jam 19.47, kewalahan 1 orang layanin semua orderan.

We come often to this place. For us being expats living in kelapa gading, this is the best place to get caramel praline macchiato (very creamy and good quality). We are not happy with the other coffee places in Kelapa gading much. And we dine in their cheesy tuna and teriyaki chicken( our kid loves it specially) very often. And their chocolate muffin is good honestly. nice classical music going in the background and gives a good atmosphere...
