If not for my family’s event across the street, I would never have chosen this rude hotel and its unprofessional staff.
As a 2-star hotel, I didn’t expect luxury, but the treatment I received was shockingly poor.
To receptionist Sendi: Wear your badge and fix your attitude towards guests. You had the audacity to blame the guest and gossip with your coworkers in front of my cousin during bulk check-in—completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
To Diana, the Sales & Marketing Executive: You need serious training on how to handle customers, especially when they’ve booked more than 40 rooms. Instead of assisting us, you constantly blamed us during coordination and failed to deliver on your promises. There was no alignment between you and the hotel staff.
FYI, the same team manages bulk bookings for both Harris and Pop. To anyone considering these hotels, I sincerely hope you don’t experience the same treatment.
Absolutely disappointing. I will never return.
Initially, I planned to give the room and location 5 stars, but I’ll match my rating to the level of service this hotel provides—just 2 stars.
I booked two floors, but the rooms ended up scattered across different areas, even though the reservation was made back in October. Truly, truly disappointing.
Ascott, please provide better training to your staff to improve guest...

Despite its affordable pricing, the hotel offered a comfortable and convenient stay. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities one would expect. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.While the hotel's facilities might not be as extensive as higher-end options, they still managed to provide a satisfactory experience. While it might lack some of the luxuries of more expensive hotels, it offers great value for its price point. I would definitely consider staying here again on...
