One of my favourite place for shabu-shabu!

What I usually ordered:

Fish balls, they are just great, very thick, "garing" and chewy on the inside, and the taste is very good especially when mixed with the sesame seed oil and soy sauce.

Kakap, the fish here is quite fresh, very sweet and tender, not fishy at all.

Beef, local or ausi is almost the same, well ausi beef has more fat and is leaner than local, but any beef is important to make the broth sweeter.

Swikau, it is very solid and packed with goodness. Unlike any other swikau that uses too much flour, and it is sweet as well.

Tahu sandwich, my favourite dish here, it is just good and words can't describe it.

For the vegies I like to order tomiau, pocai, and enoki, those vegies will make the broth even sweeter.

The service here is good, the waitresses will cook your food for you and usually it is on point.

The place it self is not that huge, and most of the tables are for 6 or 8 people, and the ground floor has no aircon.

For parking, it is quite hard to get a parking space in this side of pasar puri, so you might want to park a bit further, since hay thien is...

It’s been more than 20years I’ve been a loyal customer of Haythien. Last night for the first time I was surprise about their food quality. We ordered so many food, all the satay we ordered were burnt and even some of them were rotten. The most disappointing was the fried wonton. I’ve been a fans of their fried wonton. This time, the wonton is not the wonton I usually ate. It’s different shape and skin. The skin was so thin and almost sluggish. The service was also not good as usual. well..this is one of my comfort food. karena perut lagi ga enak, jadi pengen hangat2, kuah2.. langsung kepikiran Hay Tien. non halal ya.setiap brp lama pasti ngidem. lokasinya di ruko2 puri indah yang sederetan satay house senayan.. setiap meja ada kompor. kuah kaldunya super fresh, indgredientsnya juga segar, bumbu wijen, minyak ikan, bawang putih goreng mixed just right. sebenarnya kalo makan di sini lebih efisien kalo ramean..kalo makan berdua kaya tadi itu habis 350an. quite expensive ya. tapi service n pelayanan ok. tadi ada queuing tapi sebentar. bisa sambil pesan dulu pas antri..pas duduk ga lama disajikan dan dimasakin sama mbaknya jadi panas2 lgs makan..pelayannya semua wanita, ramah dan sopan, cepat tanggap..makanan semua enak. sebenarnya ada juga yang panggang campur kuah, tapi kuahnya coklat dan lebih asin. tadi pesannya tofu, jamur enoki, to miauw, salmon, paket pangsit campur dll yg big, bawang putih goreng, ngohiong, sate babi manis, sama kacang hijau. semuanya super yum. salmon agak amis, tapi di celup2 ke wijen, lalu ke kecap ikan jahe dll itu jadi enak, makannya dikit2 jangan langsung 1 chunk. sate babi mantab. ngohiong nya enakk..kuah kaldunya super, ditambahin lagi bawang putih goreng dan sedikit minyak wijen. slurpp.. dari tadi refill kuah sampe 6x deh untuk dihirup. kacang hijaunya juga enak gurih manis pass deh..happy tummy 🤣 tapi kekenyangan. harusnya ramean makan di sini. sayangnya tempat parkir memang terbatas si. dan ga semua ruangan AC. oiyaa tadi ketemu Marchell artis adiknya Nadine sm keluarga lg makan situ juga. habis kenyang makan bisa jalan dikit ke ujung untuk beli buah. hebatnya yang makan di situ, tadi lihat sekilas ada keluarga2 dr muda sampe tua2, masih bisa naik ke atas. ada yg lagi hamil jg sama suaminya berdua. btw ini ga dibayar endorse lowh..cuma satisfied aja 🤣😂🤣😂 kurangnya cuma mahal aja. tapi still..worthed....
