HokBen Metro Sunter — Restaurant in Jakarta

Had simple set chicken teriyaki 1, the chicken was raw, so i showed it to the waiter, at first he said it was the way they cook the food, i asked if it is true, he hesitated then requested the sampe, i gave his all as i only manage to chew one piece, later he came back and apologized, saying the chicken is supposed to be cooked properly. Then the mgt replace it with chicken teriyaki. The raw image will haunt me if i ever step into this...

Susana Baru dengan dekorasi yang lebih fresh ya, setiap selesai berbelanja pasti kami sering makan disini entah lunch / dinner. Packet C adalah kesukaan saya dan keluarga. Harganya sesuai dan Saya senang bila dilayani oleh staff yang ramah. Ada tempat khusus ambil pesanan online ya. Wastafel berfungsi, alat makan sesuai, saus tidak pelit. Kerbersihan oke ya, walau sering ramai karna lokasinya Murah di jangkau dan puas...

I didn't have a choice for dinner at 8.30pm as most places were closing. Had to get something from Acer so ended up here. In, short, every dish I had was unremarkable except for the complimentary salad. The fish soup pot was average and the chicken ramen was disappointing. This is not a Japanese restaurant as it can't meet the basic standards of one. Saving grace it's service...
