Ikkudo Ichi Mall Kota Kasablanka — Restaurant in Jakarta

If you need quick meal, this place is not the right place. You must have extra time to wait in the line for tasting the deliciousness of the Ramen. When it firstly opened, the place is not too crowded like now. Several times, i have to wait very long in waiting list number 60, sometimes 40. After the pandemic they make a line to queque and you dont have to register.

You can scan the barcode at my this photo review to explore the menu. This Ramen is one of my favorite cause we can choose between curly noodle and straight noodle. They also offer tori karage and gyoza which are delivicious. Now they also accept take away order, previously if you want to have take away, they refused it and not recommend it because fhe taste will be different.

Tantan Ramen is oily spicy soup ramen, you can choose between small.portion or regular portion with 55K and the ingredient is chicken, mushroom sliced, union leaf and tamago (telur rebus). For people who like clear soup and not spicy, Signature Ramen is recommended, it cost 49K for regular portion and for Tori Kara Ramen for 52K. All price before tax. For Tori Gyoza you must spend 28K, Tori Karage 35K and ocha (Rei cha) with 10K (exact price Rp.9.800). The price a bit higher from other similar dish but it worth.

During the pandemic the menu must be scan by QR Code, so dont forget to download the application so you can scan it. For ios user you only have to take a picture of the barcode and it will shown the link.

Being first time try, Ikkudo Ichi Kota Kasablanka is the worst ramen resto in term of services and quality. You should wait for about 20-30 minutes before seated.

I have to ask for several times before my request was considered. To order, I have to ask 2 times. To refill ocha, I have to ask 3 times and served by waiter no 4. To ask for bill, I have to ask 2 times. Can you imagine how inefficient the waiters working there?

The table is soo dirty, so do the menu book with some water drops on its cover. Some of the menu inside already folded, which is difficult to read.

Taste is so so, the quality of the noodle, seems like I got the leftover noodles (broken noodles), compared to my neighbour tables. Some waiters just stand still and do nothing, too lazy to move and approaching customers.

For me Ikkudo Ichi Kota Kasablanka is the worst ramen resto available in town, seems the store just not need any customer and the quality is really poor, so do the hygiene.

Then I try complain to the manager, which is not available in store at the time and I made my complain by phone. But I do not know, if my complain considered or not.

Please be nice, we are a paying customer. I don't think I ask for something bizarre. Just ask to order, refill and bill, I though its the standard request.

Please note, that this is my experience, maybe the waiters service might be different to other customer. Maybe, I just seems like cannot afford for a bowl of ramen in their store (just wearing t-shirt, shorts...

Ikkudo Ichi, restaurant Jepang yang menyediakan berbagai macam jenis ramen. Salah satu outletnya ada di Mall Kota kasablanka yang merupakan salah satu dari outlet halalnya. Outlet yang tidak menjual daging selin daging ayam dan daging sapi. Outlet yang ada di Mall Kota Kasablanka ini ada di lantai lower ground berderet sebelahan dengan marugame udon dan indoramen.

Tempatnya tidak begitu luas. Meja dan kursinya ada di depan loket pembayarannya. Dan yang harus kalian tau kalau kalian ke Ikkudo Ichi itu adalah harus menunggu, karena pasti akan waiting list dan penuh. Jadi kalo kalian lapar dan ingin makan cepat, Ikkudo Ichi buka pilihan yang tepat karena pasti menunggu lama. Waktu saya datang, saya harus tunggu untuk 8 orang. Setelah menunggu sekitar 30 menit, akhirnya dapat tempat duduk juga. Dan begitu kalian sudah selesai makan, lebih baik untuk segera bayar dan pergi karena masih ada orang yang menunggu untuk makan. Suasanya cukup ramai dengan design tempatnya khas jepang. Walaupun waiting list dan ramai tapi untuk pelayanannya bagus. Pelayannya cepat menanggapi permintaan konsumen dan makanan tidak lama datangnya. Selain ramen, Ikkhudo Ichi juga menyediakan makanan lain seperti chicken yakiniku don, chicken karage. Saya coba menunya yang ramen Tori Miso.

TORI MISO REGULAR (Rp.48.000) Tori Miso ini adalah menu reman ayam dengan kuah Japanese miso. Dengan isiannya ada telor satu butir yang dibelah dua, beberapa potong ayam dan jagung. Untuk ramennya bisa pilih straight noodle atau mie yang lurus atau curly noodle atau mie yang keriting. Saya pilih mienya yang lurus. Tekstur mienya cukup kenyal sehingga enak ketika di slurrrrppppp :D. Daging ayamnya matang dan sangat empuk. Telurnya lembut dan kuning telurnya tidak terlalu matang. Untuk kuahnya gurih dan tidak begitu kental. Tapi menurut saya perlu ditambahkan sambal atau cabai lagi agar rasanya semakin kuat dan enak. Untuk porsinya yang ukuran regular ini lumayan banyak dan bisa mengenyangkan.

HOT OCHA (Rp. 9.800) Ochanya cukup enak dan lebih enak lagi menurut saya kalau hot atau hangat. Akan nikmat sekali setelah makan ramen yang pedas dilanjutkan dengan minum ocha yang hangat. Ochanya disajikan di dalam gelas yang unik dan bagus sekali, dengan permukaan luar gelasnya berulir dan bercorak.

Memang benar kata orang Ikkudo Ichi itu enak dan tidak heran juga kalau waiting list dan banyak yang mau makan di sini. Ditambah lagi outlet yang ada di Mall Kasablanka ini...
