DO NOT come here EVER, this is the WORST place I’ve had the DISPLEASURE of staying at and giving a 1 star review is a generous rating. If you are staying here and see this review, I urge you to change immediately.

Firstly I will explain the rooms which is by far the most disappointing aspect of this “place”. The building is VERY run down, looks tired and is old and outdated. The pictures of the rooms online are very much fabricated and NOT what you will get. It is like ordering a chicken for lunch and getting a cabbage instead. The initial room which was a suite, had a leak in the ceiling and a puddle had already formed beneath it. Additionally, the floors and walls were POORLY painted, some walls were MOULDING, beds and sofa was very UNCOMFORTABLE, lights were flickering and some lights did not even function. Furthermore, a number of INSECTS were crawling around in the bathrooms and bedrooms making the room unpleasant to stay in. We were given a second room, however this room was just as bad, so we were given a third which was slightly better, but still a number of the criticisms stated applied to this room as well. The photos here are of the third room.

Now I will explain the elevator situation. There are three elevators, one does NOT work, another only accesses the odd numbered floors and another accesses the even numbered floors. Because of this, you are effectively waiting for a single elevator and it takes minimum five minutes for the elevator to reach you. It is honestly worth it to instead use the stairs to reach the floor you want if you are fit enough.

The only positive I will give is the service from the concierge. They were patient and understanding which made things easier to deal with here. The food is nothing to write home about and is average as well.

Finally, as mentioned, the pictures are NOT what you will get, and similarly it is clear to see that all the “5 star reviews” are not from real people and are from bots paid by the owners to bolster/boost the ratings of this place, thus hiding and creating a facade for what a TOTAL MESS this place is.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I stayed here for 5 night after booking on traveloka. From the pictures it seems a decent hotel but when I saw the room was old and really need a renovation.

Room is incredibly noisy because of the ventilation of the AC that you can’t turn off, very hard to relax, work or even sleep.

The cleaning service is ridiculous: they use 5/10 minutes to clean a 2 bedroom apartment, leaving the floor dirty and the furnitures full of dust. When I complain because it was full of hairs after they ‘’cleaned’’ they pretend it wasn’t hairs (I’m serious), then I took the hairs from the floor and they finally admit and ‘’clean’’ again, leaving anyway the floor quite dirty.

In the last day the receptionist called me and told me that from 9 pm until 4 am all the building will be without water...never happen in my life, I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. Felt like I was in an African village.

In the check out day I asked the receptionist if it was possible to check out late (at 3pm) and she said they wanted to charged me 300k rupie. It’s understandable that I was going to be charged but not after stay for 7 hours without water and when I said this the incredibly unprofessional and uneducated receptionist just hung up the phone without say anything.

I’m speechless for the low quality of the service and the awful room where I lived for few days. I will not recommend this place or anyone, indeed I will recommend to avoid it.

There are way better options near by for the same price, make yourself a favor, go there.

What began as a conveniently located hotel with basic amenities slowly became a nightmare. Don't let the pictures fool you - the rooms are not well maintained, and service has to requested. The fittings are dated and badly need an update. The shower area in my room was designed for a child, because a normal sized adult cannot shower in there with the curtain closed... unless you like the shower curtain clinging to your body while you're wet. The in-house breakfast is ok, but the waiters hover around to clear your food the minute you step away to get something else. Sometimes they will even take your plate while you're on the phone! The worst part of my stay was when the air con stopped working. Had to wait for almost an hour for the technician to try and fix it, and then was told I need to move to a different room. Had to repack all my things late at night and move. The new room I got looked slightly better, but it was too good to be true. The fridge wasn't working, and so I couldn't move my food from the previous room. Technician and the manager suggested I put my food in the freezer section which for reason seemed to be working. I don't know if they know the difference between putting food in the freezer and cooler sections, but suffice to say I almost lost my temper when they alternatively suggested I keep my food in the other room. The air con in the new room isn't great, and it points away from the bed. Stupidest placement for an air con I've ever seen. In summation, I'd never recommend this place unless you're not too bothered about being comfortable...
