Upon entering the area of Urban Forest Cipete, I was immediately struck by Little Talk Bistro because its charming ambiance. The outdoor comfortable seating created a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a breakfast experience.
However, my enthusiasm was dampened when it came to the service. Our waitress seemed unsure about the menu offerings, which was disappointing. One particular instance stood out when I ordered Ducky Duck Breakfast that was listed as coming with sambal matah, but when it arrived, there were none to be found. When I inquired, the waitress firstly simply stated that the dish did not come with sambals, contradicting with the menu description. Then he corrected his statement and said that the dish come with chilli oil. But then i pointed to the menu, that the dish should come with sambal matah. This lack of knowledge and inconsistency was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.
Moving on to the food itself, while it was decent, it failed to impress considering the price point and compared to similar resaturant in Jaksel area. The flavors were average at best and lacked the depth and complexity that I had hoped for. While nothing was inherently bad, it also didn't leave a lasting impression.
Despite these shortcomings, Little Talk Bistro shines in its ambiance. The cozy yet sophisticated decor and soothing atmosphere make it an ideal spot for a casual meal. If only the same level of attention to detail and consistency could be applied to the service and food, Little Talk would truly be a standout...

I recently visited Talk Bistro, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a cozy yet modern vibe, making it the perfect spot for a casual lunch. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit.
The menu offers a great variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. I tried their chicken steak, which was cooked to perfection, and the portion size was just right. Their appetizers, particularly the truffle fries, were absolutely delightful! My friend ordered a salad, and it was fresh, crisp, and flavorful.
Overall, Talk Bistro is a gem. Whether you’re stopping by for coffee, a meal, or even drinks, this place delivers on quality and atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next...
Read moreWe decided to give this place a second chance after a disappointing first visit a few months ago. Big mistake. Turns out, nothing has changed!
Step 1: Find a table. Easy. Step 2: Find a waiter. Impossible. It’s like they’re playing an intense game of hide-and-seek—except they’re all winning.
Now, here most people live jam karet, but this place takes time very seriously—just in the wrong way. Breakfast menu? Not available at 11:05 AM. Why? Because rules are rules… even if you’ve been trying to order since 10:55.
And the best part? I accidentally left my bag behind. Came back 30 minutes later, and it was still sitting there, untouched. Not because of great security, but because not a single staff member noticed—or cared.
Oh, and they charge a service fee… for what, exactly? 5 stars for comedy, but 1 star...
