We recently visited and ordered the buy-one-get-one sushi roll. Unfortunately, an urgent matter required us to leave earlier than expected.
When we asked if we could take the food away, we were informed that it was against the promotion’s policy. We explained our situation and even offered to pay extra for packaging because we wanted to avoid wasting food — especially sushi, which is highly perishable.
The staff suggested we return before 9 PM, which was not practical for us. We requested to speak with a manager, but none were available. The staff member on duty, Dian, made no effort to assist us in finding a reasonable solution.
It’s disappointing that a restaurant located in a green, eco-conscious complex would enforce policies that lead to unnecessary food waste, even when customers are willing to pay more to prevent it. We hope the management will reconsider their approach to situations like these...

Bigger and better ambiance for hangout and cozy meals.

Please understand that there is no problem with the time limit given by the restaurant.
Cafe is complicated, the service is not polite to guest. The service’s really bad!
I am complaining with the choice of words used by the waitress. We asked, what happened with orders not yet out (we were ordering tiramisu), with high tone, the waitress said “all foods not come out yet will be prepared as takeaways” do u think it was a proper reply? If that was ur standarized approach, i went to a wrong restaurant.
Honestly disappointed with the attitude of the waitress. Waitress need more training on politeness and friendliness. You guys in hospitaly business right??!!
And please take a note, this restaurant NOT KIDS FRIENDLY. We moved to next restaurant L*ttle talk in urban forest area too and they served better and highly...
