Honestly it pains me to write this review as my friends and I love dining here and we truly enjoy the chewiness of their unique sourdough pizza. However, we had an absolutely terrible experience ordering via their online app (which was btw posted on their Instastory a couple hours beforehand). Anyways 45 min in, we noticed there was no update on our order (last notif was "payment is received") so we decided to give them a call and that's when things went south...
When we asked about the status of our order, "E" who was very rude told us "kita ga ada delivery" and when we told her we've ordered delivery from them before via their old app iseller, she proceeded to say "oh systemnya lagi ada pembaharuan" and that the restaurant's busy in a very sarcastic tone.
D, the next guy whom we spoke on the phone with us was at least more courteous and explained a different answer that "the order is still in queue" - but I mean come on, after an hour? very unlikely. Honestly, they probably just started processing it then. We've been there during peak hours on a weekend and it wasn't this bad, and it's a Thursday...
Third response was by C/K (polite lady) who finally gave us a third answer saying "Kemungkinan besar orang yang di outlet ga baca delivery request kakak dari app". Umm... could have just been truthful from the beginning?
Only after all this beating around the bush did we receive a WhatsApp notification saying the order is being processed.... mind you, had we not given them a call, our order would have never arrived...... the ONE PIZZA we ordered arrived exactly 1 HOUR AND 40 MIN after and we live 10-12 min away by Gojek đ đ and with no compliments whatsoever (not that it is necessary, but even a dipping sauce would have been a nice gesture).
It would have been a better experience if their communication with customers was more solution-oriented rather than evasive...

once we got noticed, they said cant haddle waiting list. and asked us just stand there waiting. (there is un cleared table, already empty . i guess either they were slammed all day or understaffed.
luckyly. the waiters of our table is super friendly and quite attentive.
The Pizza went there because craving for some good margharita pizza with fresh mozza. the napolitana style pizza is nice and chewy.
we tried the Burnt end pizza. this one has sweet sauce on it with pieces of LC smoked house brunt end brisket. very nice.
we ordered carbonara with fettuccine. this one overly salty. maybe because of the meat itself already salty and the parmesan cheese is potent.
one of my friend ordered seafood pasta ,the one with spaghetti and tomato base. the shrimp mushy. but the pasta is fenomenal. its thicker than average. maybe its house made fresh.
we also ordered the vongole ( clams) with white wine base. the sauce is thick and the sweet bitter from the white wine is very come up. very nice . the pasta is spaghettini, also thicker than average. nice and chewy not overly seasoned.
the highlight of the day is the buratta salad. with tomatoes and balsamic dresssing. this one is to die for. the burata filling is creamy and soft. just pure milky goodness.
downside the entree doesnt have much choice. so didnt orde one. the dessert is limited. so we decided not to order( because there is gelato shop nearby)
the quality of the pasta is good. only one overly salty the waiter is very attentive but the reception is almost none exsist.
good food.with many room to improve and maintain.

Iâm writing this message to express my disappointment with the customer service during my recent visit. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience, and I left feeling quite unhappy. When I arrived, I asked whether I could dine in and take away the leftovers if I couldnât finish the food. However, Mba Sella misunderstood and assumed I wanted to take away but eat it there. It was a minor issue, but worth mentioning. My childâs nanny requested a baby chair, and we had to ask 2â3 times before finally getting one. What surprised me was that a customer who arrived after us was immediately given a baby chair. It felt like we received different treatmentâwas it because we didnât order much? While seated, I noticed the other customer who got the baby chair first was also offered the âMaking Pizzaâ activity. I asked how much it cost, and Mba Sella said she would check. I understand she wanted to provide a clear answer, but she didnât follow up in a timely manner. When I asked again, I was told it was actually freeâwhich I didnât mind at all, even if it had been a paid activity.
The restaurant wasnât crowded at the time, so there shouldnât have been any issue with service delays. I believe this wasnât just Mba Sellaâs responsibilityâit also reflects on the overall team, including the waiter who was asked about the baby chair and other staff present.
Please note: Iâm not asking for Mba Sella to be punishedâI understand she didnât mean any harm. However, I do hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide more training to your team so that other customers donât have the same...
