McDonald's Kelapa Gading — Restaurant in Jakarta

An awesome standalone Mcd with the latest technology for ordering food used in most Mcd's around the world now, which is impressive. The restaurant is also squeaky clean, spotless with many employees ready to clean up our leftovers. They will even cater the food unto one's table after they are in waiting list. There are plenty of non smoking indoor seating and as well as outdoor seating. Even seating on the second floor is available. Cafe type seatings are also available where the seats are a bit more comfortable and the tables are lower, perfect for relaxing. They serve breakfast as well as main menus here. (free refill of coffee and tea). There is also McCafe for the sweet tooth die hards. There is an indoor kid's playground area, a plus for those who brings children here. There is are also basic amenities such as an adequate parking area, toilets and sinks. Two lanes for drive-thru, that's the first, well for me anyway XD. Basically they have the latest facilities a standalone Mcd's should have. The food is consistent with other Mcd's too, which goes without saying. Drive thru: disappointing experience, the staff were all friendly but lack knowledge and training, during my recent visit they were unable to switch the drink in my paket hemat to a flat white for a fee (which has never been an issue before), their excuse after several attempts at order input was that it is no longer allowed (total bs), so I had to pay extra to buy it separately, afterwards I noticed that they did not bring it from the mccafe side (with the milk frothing machine etc) and instead just added basic milk to a cup basic coffee and i basically got a basic foamless milk coffee with flat white pricing. huge letdown, standards have...

Two stories outlet with 30+ seating capacity in the 2nd fl. Child-friendly venue with a large children playground with a jungle gym.

Opens 24/7 with McCafe serving acceptable coffee and blended beverages. Serves only breakfast menu from 5-11 AM, except for chickens. The food are mostly available to serve except for chicken nuggets at times.

On the downside, limited parking space for cars. Usually packed every hour. You can either go for drive thru or park in the office...
