This Pho place has been around for quite some time in TIS Square, so I think people who goes shopping in Gelael or lives near Tebet is familiar with this place. Feels pretty jadul and the furniture has been like this since forever. They could play this like a classic place but it ended up feeling like a dusty old place because the staff doesn't really clean the place.
Also the staff could be more proactive since they are not really attentive (they talk with each other a lot; it just feels like I am hanging out in someone's house so there is no obligation to provide service for me.
Compared to other Vietnamese restaurant (not comparing it to Saigon, but even compared to other Pho 24 outlets), this place doesn't have a large variety of menu options. So I ordered the ones with a thumbs up in their menu: Bun All, Pho All, and Vietnam Platter.

Read moreI was there with my friend for lunch on March, 29 2023. The food was good, but the waitress gave us really bad service. They had really BAD ATTITUDE to serve the customer, especially the lady who worn black uniform. She was staring at us with unfriendly look and gave us unfriendly gesture after I asked to change the food, because she gave us uncorrect food like we ordered. She didn't even say sorry for that. Unfortunately she didn't wear name tag so I can't tell her name. The management must be concern about the staff attitude, the bad attitude of staff could be ruin the business. I'm pretty sure I don't want back here anymore in the future and will look another Pho in Jakarta that has staff with good attitude. Good luck with your staff in bad...

Other options were sweet and sour fish, soya sauce Pho, spring roles, etc. One of various menus modification was oxtail fried rice that resemble the famous Indonesian cuisine. For drikns, the customers might order cold and hot coffee or tea, fruit juices, mixed ice, soft drinks, mineral wster, etc. This resto was not catogorized as...
