It's probably the most delicious Soto in town. Although its location is not so noticeable, the restaurant is never out of visitors. It's been popular for years. This East Java restaurant serves grilled/fried chicken, beef Soto, cow-innards Soto, or mixed Soto (both meat and innards). The price is quite affordable, or a bit expensive for some people, around 25.000 rupiahs (May 2019). For beef Soto, they generously serve big slices of beef for one portion. The soup is refreshing, especially if you add spicy sambal into it. For the beverages, there are iced tea, orange juice, coconut water with orange, etc. Side dishes are also available like satay and kerupuk (crisps). There are many tables here, it's good for family occasion. The restaurant is not air-conditioned, fan is available, so be prepared for the hot air after you eat the Soto. Location wise: easy to reach, it is in West Jakarta. Parking can be a challenge so taking a public transportation or motorcycle would be easier.

Price wise: affordable with various choice of fillings (In Indonesian, bisa pilih mau isi apa sotonya: daging, babat, usus, urat, kikil, dlsb).

I have been eating this Soto Madura ever since I was very young with my family. They still know me and even remember my late father. So coming back here for me does not always about spoiling my tummy but also walking down the memory lane.
