Starbucks Bella Terra — Restaurant in Jakarta

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been. Really disappointed with this branch especially the service, tbh the worst barista I've ever met especially di Starbucks: SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH.

Didn't expect you guys have this person to be one of your staff. I forgot the name, but she's a girl, rambut bob gitu dan pakai kacamata yang bentuk kotak gede. So what happened with her?

She never smiles. Oke lah understandable, maybe today was a tough day for her & she felt tired. But she wasn't replied to me when I asked her??? Dia nanya "mau top up berapa", I told her "200rb deh kak, itu bisa dapet promo yang free drink kan?". No answer (:

I also claim my birthday cake, pas diambil, i found a strand of hair on top of the cake ((((: c'mon starbucks, how could that happened? Please improve your QC & cleanliness. Then I asked her politely "mba boleh minta dituker? ini ada rambutnya", and guess what? she came to me, took my cake, replaced the cake with a new one and gave it back to me, SAYING NOTHING not even a single sorry or anything. When I received the cake, I said "thank you" and that the moment she replied "sama-sama" VERY FUNNY. I don't know why the hospitality here is so poor.

She also talked / did some practice with her partner in the customer table near their bar. Talking & laughing so loud, very uncomfortable, not professional and disappointing compared to other Starbucks.

I know the mall is struggling but that doesn't mean you can hire staff to be there carelessly. Will definitely not going back here even though the location is really near my house. I'm not going to spend any cent for that kind of hospitality.

One of my favorite Sbux in Jakarta. Not as big as other store, but this one has a nice layout and cozy atmosphere (with less crowd). I also want to mention all the staffs, super friendly and attentive.

A Perfect place to work or just casual meet up...
