I like this restaurant. I think they serving pecinan or asian food style things well not sure. But most of them are asian kind look and tasted that way. Simple menus, simple drinks, with simple place. I tried their black noodles which is tasted really good. It says on the menu that noodles is recommended. It didn't taste weird even the color is black, and not also gave weird smell. It was have a nice and make-me-hungry smell and also fragrance of smell that we always smell it in every restaurant. And spicy with real chili in the middle of noodles. It has oily texture of course. The portion also not that much. And there is crispy and crunchy dory fish on top and tasted amazing! I don't lie. That dory fish crispy and crunchy is the best mixed with oily noodles kinda spaghetti look. And the most cute thing is the bowl. It was served in kinda like fry pan plate or bowl. This place also have old school and vintage decoration and accessories. But I don't like their low sofa that I sat on, for tall people like me, we have to get lower or bend over when we want to eat. But The People's place in Kokas is smaller than at The People's in Gandaria City. Well, I know thats because of the space that they can get in that mall. But overall...
ย ย ย Read moreMy update will start with the downgraded service. For two cups of coffee I don't think it takes more than 20 minutes to serve. And they don't have an order list. They serve customer came and order after us. And when it came, the coffee were made in a hurry, you can see at the mess on picture i took along. The coffe tasted downgraded also. And to put thing to worse, NO APOLOGIZE for the long wait. I thought they supposed to have at least a SOP for that. A bit disappointed.

ย ย ย Read moreVisited in April 2016. People's Cafe Kota Kasablanka has a unique location and table layout, even though not so good, but the ambience of casual is prominent here. Once you pick this place for lunch then that lunch should be fun.
What about the food? Most people praise their noodle menu, especially the ones in hot plate, but I can say that their pasta menu are also good and worth to try (I ordered spaghetti aglio e olio). One concern: If you come in early lunch, soto may be not yet available.
And in the end: If you bring a pen, don't forget to draw the face card which appears in front of you on the table, to show them how do you feel with dining experience there in overall. This card...
