Vilo Gelato Tomang — Restaurant in Jakarta

One of my most favorite gelato places in town! I have reviewed Vilo before, but this time, I visited their store at a different location than the one I visited before. I think you don't need to doubt the taste and quality of Vilo's gelatos.

Their biggest strength for me is the fact that they have so many flavors available to choose! I also love the fact that their gelatos are pre-packed, but they don't taste industrial at all. Their staffs are also super friendly and helpful! Don't hesitate to consult your choices first to them!

They also have several stores in Jakarta. For this one, at Tomang, I really like the interior of the store. It's very cozy and you can really hang out for such a long time. It's well lit and air-conditioned. The one in Tomang also has spacious parking area. However, the parking area is shared with several other stores so it might get crowded easily.

This place is new in Tomang area, very cozy, clean, and comfortable for dine in, relax or chit chat with friends. The main dish of course gelato with lots of variant you can choose and what I like is the range of alcohol gelato which is so good with reasonable price, smallest around IDR30K. Try Red Wine and Bayles, these 2 are my favorite. They serve gelato in 3 size. Beside the gelato, must try items is croissant 🥐 (also around IDR30K), one of the best croissant in town for me. They have light bite menu and grab and go drinks. For take away gelato, they packed with dry ice. Better come on weekdays, weekends so crowded, lucky if got empty table. As you stepped inside this cozy place, you will be welcomed with delicious ice cream with lots of flavors.

The gelato is served in cups, available in 3 sizes (90ml, 250ml, and 500ml). They also have coffee, waffle, alcohol and non-alcohol drinks.
