Starbucks Tomang Raya — Restaurant in Jakarta

Starbucks is known as one of the largest coffee shops and is almost always reliable, so I don't hesitate to try Starbucks anywhere. However, this time I have to give a little criticism to Starbucks Tomang.

First, there is no problem with the place because it is comfortable for hanging out, meetings or work from cafe, the menus are the same as other Starbucks, delicious and guaranteed taste. The problem here is the lack of baristas and cashiers serving customers, when I came there were only 2 workers serving, so there was a buildup at the cashier. This is not the fault of the barista or cashier, because they have served us very well and friendly.

It can be a consideration to add workers during rush hour to be able to serve...

I came here for a meeting with my client. The indoor area was full, and the outdoor area was almost full. The chairs are uncomfortable compared to other Starbucks cafes. There was a group next to me that held a big meeting with more than 8 people, but they only ordered 1-2 cups of coffee. I felt sorry for them as they took up a lot of space. There are three people in my group, and we ordered more than 6 items because in the middle of my meeting, the waitress came and asked if we needed anything else. I usually rate this location as 5 stars. This morning I was here at 7 AM on the 23rd of August 2022 and toilet out of service. I came again at 1:20 PM and still out of service??? Needs to be fixed quickly. I came again on the 25th of August and toilet still not fixed. I think possibly new management might be a good idea. It should of been taken care of within a few hours of problem but days later is showing that it doesn't care much about comfort of customer. On 8 Nov. 2022 toilet out of service again... Also I have been unable to top up Starbucks card due system error...
