Sensation & price: Worth to try with firends/ family and worth to come back ❤. It's a good offering actually same as the other eatry if u want talk about the price. You may feel expensive if u eat alone, so bring your family/ firends. I think the price were fine because it's very worth to eat in group, with their big portion makes a great feast and a different sensation in Indonesia especially.

Service & Procedures: The servant will gave you a stainless basin and tongs to pick the element you gonna drop inside the food, they were also mention that 1 basin were enough for 2-4 person. They serve vegetables, meats & seafoods. After you feel enough, you may go to the cashier and they will weigh the food that you choose and you can pay. Then they gave you a device to tell you the food it's done, just wait it for 15 minutes. You had to bring your own food after the device rang the bell.

Taste & Portion: I choose the level 2 spicy mala soup, and it's great. They made the meat marinate quickly inside a soup. Many people may say it's bland, that's because depend on what they pick at the first time u enter the restaurant. If you pick molluscas (ex: squid/clam /octopus) then you make it as a soup, it's a very big wrong. You may make them as stir fry carvings then it will taste great. Tips: if u want taste the mala then go pick some meats (ex: beef/pork/chicken/fishes) they absord the flavor perfectly. You may can see what i choose inside the receipt, and the portion can fill 3 tummy.

I ordered their fav dish, Mala xiang guo. I order the shirataki noodle, and some meat, saikoro, and mushroom. I request the 5th level on the xiang guo. My expectation is really high since i'm a spicy lover. But for me personally, the mala spices is not really strong, and despite quite oily, the dish is too dry for me, and they didnt have any complementary such as mala oil, soy sauce, etc.

And tbh, i prefer eating in another mala places than here, since its quite pricey, but i didnt really get...

My first time to try because of recommendation and I’m disappointed. My experience is for takeout. First, you will not know how much you will pay. It says in the instruction that you need to order with a minimum of 400g. Second, there are 3 levels of spice, I choose 1 and 3 and there is no difference! I feel like I’m scammed. The level 3 is so spicy so as level 1 and no difference at all. Third, Place is too hot, that is why I decided to takeout. Overall, not happy...
