Warung ady cooking class and spa — Restaurant in Kecamatan Sidemen

Today we had a lunch by one of the best warungs in Bali. With a beautiful view over the rice fields. We had a lunch but I think you can also have a nice dinner here! We were helped by a very very friendly man, he really has a heart for guests. The warung has traditional Indonesian food like no other, the portions were perfect and fresh prepared. The mie goreng is my favourite, there were a lot of fresh vegetables in it with made it more tasty! From the house we got some traditional snacks and baked banana. These were also very fresh and very nice. You can enjoy your meal in one of the best surroundings with the best restaurant owner from Bali. And if you like you also can have a message here! I would definitely come back here, as soon as possible! After the lunch the owner suggested us to walk through the rice fields, it was definitely worth it....

One of my absolute favourites was the Gado Gado 🥗, a classic Indonesian salad that was elevated to new heights here! It was a colorful and refreshing mix of vegetables, tofu, and tempeh, generously drizzled with a mouthwatering peanut sauce - I loved the fact that I could mix all the ingredients together! As a Gado2 lover, as mentioned, it was my favourite 💕

This place is absolutely great! Small warung with ricefield view. Owners are very hospitable and friendly. We went here for lunch and dinner. Had the nasi goreng, the minced meat chicken satay and the chicken curry. All dishes were excellent, with lots of veggies and spices. Home cooking is made into an art here! Reminds me: they also do cooking classes. We got the fried bananas complementary of the house! Additional to the marvelous food, the hosts have got a special arrangement for their spa. A meal and 1 hour massage is priced at 150K. Very good price. And: the massages were great aswell! Highly recommended! Greetz, Rene & Lisa...
