Akibat Bebek Muda Gading Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

Came here starved (my super late lunch). I was craving for fried crispy duck since sunday but it closed so I patiently waiting till it open on weekday and here we go, ABM! So excited. At first.

Pardon my honest review but it turned out everything was terrible here, except the pretty tidy-quite-chic interior and (the main floor) ambience.

The waiter redirect us to the second floor cause it was quite full in the 1st floor, ok and well.
But I was completely doomed by the noise of ibu-ibu arisan (selayaknya rumah sendiri, suara sungguh menggelegar dan sangat mengganggu, seperti kasat mata customer lainnya).

What I wanted the most just get my late-lunch fixed. Eat peacefully A tasty-nice-pleasant dish, even it's bit pricey. That's all.

But I couldn't help, It was super loud and uncontrolled, another unmannered customers, yet the waiters were not helping at all even they're just the same, they're not behave well, some of them just joking around with each other. Here's I caught the waiter playing his gadget in front-of-me with his super-loud-notification, like seriously mind blowing experience.

A premium look restaurant, their interior creates a great ambience but all just dropped, service was 6/10, some of their unprofessional waiters + unmannered cust, just meh.

Bout the Food, After I got unpleasant experience up here, at least my expectation for the food was quite high right, but nope. Too bad the cooking oil affect the flavor profile of my fried duck, the after taste "lekak" even it was tender & quite fatty and moist duck but the "lekak" flavor ruined everything. Please ABM change the frying oil frequently, cause it taste quite bad, It's affect the taste of the duck, tho.

And the uduk rice (so-so) it was bit dried and not too flavorful, sambal was ok but I'm expecting I got three differents sambal on my plate with this kind of price. Duck satay was fine but another condiments like serundeng, duck's salted egg, kerupuk and urap, just basic.

I went here for dinner with a friend. She recommended it to me. I thought I was about to have a simple dinner, but little that I know, they serve pretty good duck dish. We ordered gule bebek, bebek goreng, and urap.

Not long after we ordered, our food came. First the gule bebek, the gule itself was pretty thick and savory, me personally, I like this kind of gule. Full of flavor, pronounce coconut milk, punchy, savory. The duck has no gamey smell and pretty tender. I love it. The sambal wasn't spicy enough for me.

Second, the bebek goreng. It was super fragrant and crispy. I love it. Honestly, if I have to choose between the bebek goreng and the gule bebek, I can't. Hahaha, I just love both equally but maybe for those who don't like duck, it will be safer to choose the bebek goreng.

Basically the Cuisine at this restaurant are Indonesian and Asian. Their signature dish is Bebek Muda Goreng Kremes, which is crispy fried young duck. They also offer other duck preparations like Bebek Muda Lada Hitam, Bebek Muda Gulai, and Bebek Muda Bakar Madu.

All foods served are delicious with fast and great service. The food price is mostly ranging from 50k to 85k (before tax and service) for the main dish with rice. And also there is a whole duck that is around 150k also before tax and service.

There are also various side dishes that you can try such as siomay, cireng, fried cassava, etc.

The special mix rice with fried duck is so good which contain white rice, half fried duck, one piece of duck satay, half salty egg, potato chips, urap, lalap and chilies. The duck meat is so tender and juicy with 3 types of chilies for your liking. Meanwhile, the skin is crispy and crunchy to add more texture inside your mouth and when you bite it. The duck satay also good with smokey taste and tender meat. The vegetable a.k.a urap is served and topped with peanut sauce that rich of flavour.

There are also various beverages for your liking such as juices of all kinds, tea, coffee, traditional drinks, etc. The atmosphere is very comforting and welcoming, the interior is vibrant.

Pada dasarnya, masakan di restoran ini adalah masakan Indonesia dan Asia. Hidangan khas mereka adalah Bebek Muda Goreng Kremes, yaitu bebek muda goreng yang renyah. Mereka juga menawarkan hidangan bebek lainnya seperti Bebek Muda Lada Hitam, Bebek Muda Gulai, dan Bebek Muda Bakar Madu.

Semua makanan yang disajikan sangat lezat dengan pelayanan yang cepat dan baik. Harga makanan utama dengan nasi berkisar antara 50 ribu hingga 85 ribu (sebelum pajak dan layanan). Ada juga bebek utuh yang harganya sekitar 150 ribu sebelum pajak dan layanan.

Ada berbagai hidangan pendamping yang bisa anda coba seperti siomay, cireng, singkong goreng, dll. Nasi campur spesial dengan bebek goreng sangat enak yang berisi nasi putih, setengah bebek goreng, satu tusuk sate bebek, setengah telur asin, keripik kentang, urap, lalap, dan sambal. Daging bebeknya sangat empuk dan juicy dengan 3 jenis sambal sesuai selera anda. Sementara itu, kulitnya renyah dan garing menambah tekstur di mulut anda saat anda menggigitnya. Sate bebeknya juga enak dengan rasa asap dan daging yang empuk. Sayuran alias urap disajikan dan diberi saus kacang yang kaya rasa.
