Came bcs, curious about their chicken steak and others. But can't stand the aweful cigarette smell inside. Though server said it is non-smoking. But it is definitely smoke smell all over the place. Did not even stay long enough to order and try the food as I am very sensitive to cigarette smell and would get sore throat right next day if I did.

Saw review from months ago saying the same. Owner said they checked on CCTV and none smoke inside. But since CCTV only show what eyes can see not what nose can do, probably better to pay visit regularly yourself and experience it? Also does the CCTV really cover all area? Could it be that some people or workers smoke in the kitchen/toilet?

Came early at 9 in the morning, we were the first and only customers. Kid was happy with all the board games, they even the baby/toddler section at the back. Seems like a great family-friendly cafe. However, although It is indoor, the first floor smells of intense cigarette as if someone was smoking inside, but there was no other customer even on the second floor.

If this place is a smoking-allowed area, they shouldn’t put the games/toddler section as the place turns to be not kids friendly. I was just wondering if the place is a non-smoking or not. If not, server needs to inform customers with children. If it is indeed a non-smoking, please investigate where the cigarette smells came from.

For the same price level as morning afternoon, I have to say the taste is not real padang. I found the ayam pop is rather sweet than savory, including the sambal ayam pop which is very sweet😅 the tempe orek also sweet, the sambal only had a very little kick, plus the chicken size is too small😞 ah, also the perkedel kenteng was really plain too..

since the price is expensive, before you try it you may need to adjust your expectation on usual Padang taste. but if you are someone who wants to eat Padang with very less spicy kick (more to sweet) and price is not a problem for you, then Rindu Rasa can be a...
