Sameruf Grilled Coffee Rubbed Steak — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

Ordered at 2:00, waited until 2:40 to be told that our order was not inputted. First time we were here the food came out around 20-40 minutes so we didn’t question it. Please note there was NO ONE standby upstairs, we only knew the order was not inputted because another waiter was serving drinks to another table (they were seated after us).

Ok then, we order again. Food comes out, no problem (with the exception of one strand of hair on the plate, note that i have long brown hair and long blue hair). After we finished with the main course we wanted the dessert to come out. And of course because NO ONE was standby upstairs, I needed to go down. And what do I see? All THREE of the waiters just sitting and chatting.

Please train your staff better or implement a better...

Came here past lunch time and it isn’t crowded, place isn’t too visible from the road but is easy to find. I ordered sirloin and the portion size is good, mushroom sauce tastes good but is on the saltier side. Tenderness is so-so, the mashed potatoes are very plain they do not add salt/pepper. However, the wagyu steak is very tender and flavorful. Although it is on the pricier side compared to other beef parts, it tastes the best. Therefore i recommend you to just order the wagyu steak. Service is just okay, the waiter spilled a bit of the drink on the table but did not wipe it. Overall if you are looking for affordable steak you could try...

This is one of our favourite places to enjoy good steak with affordable price. We have been here three times actually, but forgot to write the review. The place is not too spacious but cozy, just right to have your meal in a friendly atmosphere. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and of course the food is delicious. Wagyu is tender, rib eye is juice, and also you can choose small or big size! So when you feel like having a good steak but not up to a huge portion of meal... This is the place!! We were recommended this resto by a friend, and been recommending it to many friends.......
