MAXX Coffee — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

In the past month or so, I have been purchasing my coffee more frequently at Maxx Coffee. I no longer visit Starbucks as an alternative and prefer to support local businesses. I typically visit the Maxx Coffee at Maxxbox, but this afternoon, I went to Maxx Coffee in Benton.

I was disappointed with one of the staff members, whose name is either Mando or Nando? He was at the cashier, and while I was still in the process of placing my order, he began taking orders from someone behind me. This was confusing and seemed rude. This resulted in my order being incorrect (I had requested a Melaka latte with less sugar). Another barista quickly prepared the correct drink.

I visited and placed my order between 13:25 and 13:30 on Monday, February 5th. Sorry for writing about such a negative experience but just hoping to be treated the same as the others regardless I am a frequent...

The best place if you want to work with laptop or just hanging out with friends. The coffee taste is okay, i always order cappucino or flat white. The pastry variations are so many and they're so good🥐🥞☕ They have many promos in their app, so consider to check the app and order ahead. Tapi kayaknya semenjak pandemi, lantai 2 nya ditutup sampai sekarang ya(?) Padahal kangen nongkrong di atas😅

As usual I order my favourite coffee, Caramel Macchiato. Great taste with affordable price. I love hangout here, because good ambience.
