I visited Warung Nasi Djamiah Putra four days after Eid at 8:00 AM, and it was already bustling with customers. If you manage to secure a seat, you can write your order, name, and seat number on a paper and hand it to the sellers, who will then deliver your orders to your table. My order arrived at 8:40 AM. I ordered nasi rames with perkedel (18k), nasi krengsengan (30k), and hot milk (10k) because I had read in the reviews that their rawon tasted a bit sweeter, which is not my preference.
The nasi rames was tasty but fell below my expectations (I've had better nasi rames elsewhere), while the nasi krengsengan was surprisingly delicious. I could distinctly taste the clove, and despite its dark color, the sweetness of the soy sauce wasn't overpowering. I highly recommend trying it at this place. The hot milk, although average, had a generous amount of sugar added to it.
Considering the quality of the food, the reasonable prices, and the bustling yet efficient system despite the crowd, I believe the experience at Warung Nasi Djamiah Putra Batu is worth the wait in line and...
Read moreTheir well known menu is rawon and nasi campur..we order rawon but i think their rawon is a bit to sweet for us..maybe they add some ketchup in it or maybe the original flavour is already like that..i don't like their job description between their staff..there is no clear job desk for each of their staff..and what happen when you want to have breakfast in the sunday morning..a bit chaos because the cashier is also have to make preparing the food and drink..also they have to do clean up in every table after the customer is leaving..so it take us a while before we can enjoy our meal..and when we want to do payment..same thing happen...
