Biliek n Co. Coffee — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

I had quite a bad experience there.

1. the service is awful - waiters don’t bring the menu, they literally don’t care about your presence - we asked for napkins and a guy went to hug his gf/wife instead and lay on the couch🫠

2. they don’t have 75% of their menu - we got some croffles there and firstly they made chocolate one instead of matcha, then they added matcha on the top of those chocolate croffles - it was some bad that I couldn’t eat it🤷🏼‍♀️ also they forgot to serve us French fries so we should come, ask for it and get it take away… they don’t care at all. I was shocked with such bad service.

OLD REVIEW Who trains the staff??? They seemed more focused on their phones than on attending to customers or performing their duties. Toilets not clean and without proper soap or paper. Although I was the only customer, the staff didn’t provide table service, which would have been acceptable had I not needed to approach them multiple times for items they forgot, such as cutlery..i cant use a spoon as a knife. A nice little cafe with excellent coffee! I came because of the great ratings and it’s well founded. The coffee itself is very well made. I had a cappuccino and my husband had the Amerinade. This coffee with lemon was such a surprise and it was wonderfully refreshing. It’s definitely an order you won’t want to sleep on.

The cafe itself is alright. The furniture is a little hard and the aircon wasn’t really functioning when we were there so it was pretty hot. Hopefully it’ll be better at the next visit. Still would...
