Warung Nasi Ayam Ibu Oki — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Out of Bu Oki branch, this is the dirtiest and the impolite server ever. Came for dine-in, they asked our drinks menu by asking from behind their beverage stall (i guess) nearby the kitchen. We asked for 1 mineral water but it never came, maybe because they asked behind the bar instead of coming to the table. The place is dark, hot and the floor also so dirty. What made me & my friend won’t come to this branch again is when we want to pay, despite of the lady in the food stall area prepping for others, we asked to pay which they already seen us standing 2 minutes but they just gave us a side eyes(not nodding or even say “please wait). Until we said “Mbak mau bayar”, then one of them proceed to takeout the gloves and saying “Mbak mbok mbak mbok” while walking to wash her hand. I don’t understand why they would treat their customer that way, with a medium price of only nasi campur & those kind of attitude, sorry won’t ever come again. Especially the lady with long nails after she finished packing the foods, she just threw the handgloves under the desk which is visible to customer. I hope the owner come and take a look once in a while the way their employee behave. I just don’t get the hype...

I really wanted to have a great meal here and I don’t like giving negative reviews, but I was left disappointed after eating here. I’ll preface this by saying we were the only two white people there at the time. We walked in and said hello, no reply from the people working there and we were left to stand awkwardly asking different waiters if we need to queue and order at the counter or sit down. Finally someone replied, but then basically started laughing in our faces and told us to sit down. We heard them saying ‘bule’ loudly a lot as well. The food was ok, I was expecting more due to the amount of good reviews. There was almost no chicken on the plate, and what was there was mainly bones and cartilage. The dish was 30k pp. Overall...

Used to be a great great place for real traditional Balinese cuisine and didn't get better than this at least in jimbaran. This was one of my first choices to run too for my traditional food cravings, but sadly over the years complacency has taken over the food is not flavorful it is made spicy just fir the sake of it, the drainage near the restaurant overflows which unfortunately doesn't bother the management to fix, I think money making has taken over providing good taste.
