Lokasinya mudah dicari, tempat ny juga strategis, di kawasan elit pariwisata Bali... Parkiran cukup luas...

Tapi sangat disayangkan sekali, kolam renang ini seperti tidak terawat. Perawatan untuk peralatan nya seperti tidak dilakukan. Slide nya Licin dan karatan. Taman nya pun seperti tak diurus, banyak tanaman yang mati. Untuk pemesanan makanan nya pun payah .. ga ada delivery service, pembeli harus kembali ke kantin lagi untuk memgambil pesanannya .. Harga makanan dan minuman nya sudah ok, standard lah, tapi sangat disayangkan, tidak di dukung service pelayanan ke tamu. Untuk harga tiket masuk juga stadard lah, tapi sangat disayangkan sekali, untuk harga gazebo nya mahaaaallll sekali, bahkan bangku panjang dan ban pun kita harus sewa... Juga Mohon untuk lebih ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya..

Sekedar masukan, coba di perbaiki lagi semua fasilitas yang ada, dan service nya pun lebih di tingkatkan, dan mohon di tinjau lagi semua harga yang di berikan kepada pengunjung, pasti uang datang akan lebih banyak lagi.

Oh iya, yang katanya kolam arus, air ny kalo bisa di peniuhin, jadi orang dewasa juga bisa...

Water quality is cloudy, lockers are broken,the tiles are sharp and dangerous, you can buy a membership card from Monday's to Fridays, but the staff still say Friday is weekend and must pay full price, this place is doomed to go bankrupt unless they get some professional management running the place . I bought the tickets through traveloka. Overall it is a nice water park option for whose are seeking for theme park around Ungasan and Pecatu area. Good to bring kids here. But when I come there some water slide are not available. Staff are friendly. There are FB counter too.
