Warung Kampong Pedas — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

I’ve learned my lesson when I finished my lunch here : IN BALI, DON’T ASK YOUR DRIVER about any food recommendations 😅😅. Just googled yourself, and find what suitable for you. The driver will earn commissions from the restaurant for taking tourists to some restaurants (that usually taste bad).

Pros : The parking lot the ambience

Cons : Pricey 20% service tax (what the ** ) The food served cold The taste was below standard, not spicy enough and the sambal is average. They used ‘ayam potong’ not ‘ayam kampung’ they’ll charge you another 3% for using credit card.

The warung not only full with moslem tourists, but also some non moslem and foreigner here. They serves betutu (chicken and duck), include plecing and the soup. For plecing, they serves complete plecing, but I am a bit disappointed with the water spinach that has stem is too hard to chew. But over all it is okay for me and my friends. The place is not too big, but almost full and people keep coming and going. They also has musholla here. The place is near from GWK. The food taste is average as it could be improved more. Especially if you're a local tourist maybe this rating will be fall lower than mine. Car park is plentifull, but the scenery is not giod if you like instagramable view. Price? This is Bali, so regarding price I could say no more for a local tourist.
