I had high hopes for Jimbaran Bay Beach Seafood, but unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We decided to visit for dinner, looking forward to enjoying fresh seafood in a beautiful setting. However, we found the overall experience to be quite disappointing.

First, let’s talk about the price. We ended up spending around 1 million Indonesian Rupiah for a combo meal that included lobster, shrimp, crab, clams, fish, calamari, and what I believe was Malatang. While I understand seafood can be pricey, the quality of the food did not justify the cost. The menu feels overly commercialized, and it seems like they’re more focused on catering to tourists rather than providing an authentic seafood experience.

The seafood we received was not as fresh as we expected, especially considering we were dining by the beach. The lobster and shrimp were somewhat dry, and the cooking lacked the vibrant flavors you would hope for in a seafood dish. The clams were also underwhelming and didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. Overall, the meal felt mediocre and didn’t live up to the coastal dining experience we were looking for.

While the ambiance of the beachside location was nice, it couldn’t compensate for the lack of quality in the food. It felt like we were paying for the view rather than a well-prepared meal.

In conclusion, I can only give Jimbaran Bay Beach Seafood a 2 out of 5. While it may work for those looking for a casual dining spot near the beach, if you’re seeking a genuine seafood experience with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, we won’t...

Jimbaran Bay Seafood price is more expensive compare to the other neighbours that I have visited honestly. These places for sure are tourist trap but you know if you are in Jimbaran, you would have to check in to these seafood places. But I personally think there are better places. Food wise however is tasty but price wise is definitely higher. Personally, there are better place to go than JBS. I see many positive reviews here but i wonder if they are that naive? Price here is super high. Like in hotel. Cost me close to 700,000 rupiah for one small fish, 6 shrimp, 6 clams and 2 coconut drink. I must say though that they close later than others. Which is a plus. Probably regret a bit for choosing JBS but if you never try, you never know. Cleanliness is always an issue in these places. I saw a big rat running out when I was choosing the seafood. Normally ppl might run away but i can understand that you cant expect much for these places by the beach. However, still much can be done to keep hygiene better. Several plus but many...

Jimbaran Seafood – Uluwatu, Bali An unforgettable dining experience! The seafood at Jimbaran is absolutely top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We had the lobster, fish, and prawns, all grilled with a spicy Balinese twist that was simply amazing. Each bite was bursting with flavor! What makes it even more special is the setting—dining right on the beach with the sound of waves and the sunset in the background. It’s casual dining with your feet on the sand. The ambiance is magical and truly captures the essence of Bali. Highly recommended for seafood lovers looking for a memorable meal in paradise.

We visited this place this evening with Three Friends. We bought one and a half kilos of fish. We bought one and a half kilos of calamari. They cooked half of the calamari normally. Half of it was pitch black, stinking, tasted bad, cooked in rancid oil, it smelled really bad, it was inedible. I definitely do not recommend this place, they also cooked the fish we bought from the fish market very badly, it was inedible, we couldn’t eat the food they brought to our table, it was so badly cooked, cooked in rancid burnt oil, we couldn’t eat the food, DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE..
