Bukit Rinjani — Restaurant in Lombok

Worst place in Senaru. We have ordered beef burger and french fries. After waiting for one hour waiter brought very bad french fries (some of them were raw) and said that they don't have any burgers. When we asked If he knew that from begining he said yes and smiled. The other waiter said that they are sorry and started to laugh. It seems like they just don't care because it's a place where all the local guides bring people after wisiting the waterfalls so they always have customers. Food is very bad, tables are diry. The view is nice but you should avoid this place...

Best view you can get in Senaru! ( Rinjani, sunrise, waterfalls ) I travel together with my family booked initially for 4 nights (while I hiked on Rinjani) and then an additional night, one of the traditional homes. The bathroom is on the ground floor, includes western style toilet and a hot shower! Friendly and helpful stuff! ( Even shared some of their rice wine ;) ) I joined their tour on Rinjani and I'm happy to have had the experience. If needed they can help with pick-up and/or drop-off from the harbour/airport/next... just ask ... Happy to have...

We came there very hungry after waterfalls, you could see that everyone there is with some guide. The worst customer service, we ordered burgers with fries. After one hour they gave us something that looked like fries but was actually cooked potatoes, then they said with stupid smile that they dont have beef burgers. Just because we came there without a guide they didnt want to serve us. The only thing worth...
