Ramen 1 Madiun — Restaurant in Madiun

Ramen is great, original broth tasted as expected. One thing that bothers me the most is the hard boiled egg, on a ramen? at least give the customers option to choose how they want to have their boiled egg. Also this place lack reservability, can’t reserve on weekends, and as of now (11/12/22) reservation can be made only if you come to the resto first, which is weird (?). But serving time is acceptable, this new resto is good news for Madiun’s...

Well, I ate there twice with sisters and husband. We ordered ramen, bento, sushi, dried ramen, also Tamago.

Well the taste of ramen is just so so. Fried ramen they have more big portion. The sushi is not like sushi, they don't season the sushi rice. The bento is sucks because it's too oily when they put fried tofu in it also the salad is over portion.

Well, The place is clean but I have to ask many things to the server. Hopefully they can...

Pelayanan kasir pria membuat saya kurang nyaman. Saat mau membayar, saya menunggu lama karena semua karyawan sibuk melayani konsumen yang makan di tempat. Akhirnya salah satu karyawan pria yang melayani pembayaran saya. Dia datang ke kasir dengan ekspresi kurang nyaman sambil mencetak notanya, wajahnya tidak ada senyum sama sekali. Setelah saya selesai membayar pun dia diam saja, tidak ada kata "terima kasih" atau "kami tunggu kedatangan berikutnya". Mungkin karena terlalu ramai & saat itu salah satu anak saya ribut minta mainan. Atau mungkin karyawannya tidak diberikan pelatihan di bidang pelayanan. Tetapi semestinya tidak seperti itu. Semoga kedepannya bisa dikoreksi.

Untuk makanan & minumannya lumayan enak, bervariatif & murah untuk kelas rumah makan di dalam mall. Menu utamanya adalah ramen. Rasa kuahnya enak, isi & toppingnya lengkap. Tetapi untuk mie nya menurut saya kurang. Rasa mie nya terlalu kaku & kurang kenyal, lebih seperti mie telur / mie ramen instan yg dijual di minimarket. Tempatnya bersih & desainnya bagus, dibuat seperti warung...
