Well my first and probably the last visit was horrible. I went there with my mother and relatives. My motherâs aunt said that this place used to be very crowded and she thought maybe itâs ok itâs not their busiest time of the day but we were the only people at the restaurant. She was quite shocked but we ate there anyway. So we sat down and there were a lot of things that were not available at that time wich was quite shocking because it was around 2pm and they only had like 5 drinks to choose from. My mother said it was very hot inside the restaurant so we asked one of the worker who was sitting there and playing with his phone to turn on the ceiling fan but he said all of them broke down. So we decided to sit somewhere else and they only had one regular fan. Imagine if the restaurant was crowded with people who complain , sweating and they didnât even get their drink...My mother ordered gado-gado which was not the best. They used a not so fresh cucumber. I ordered rice ,boneless chicken and kangkung and for drink i ordered es teh manis. The tea wasnât the best because they used honey instead of sugar which gave the tea a very weird after taste , i had a black short hair in my rice , first the kangkung had no taste so we said that it needed more salt so she went back and put salt in it and after that the kangkung was quite spicy wich i donât mind but i asked for salt not cabe. The chicken... idonât even wanted to write this review but i have to... i had to wait around 20 minutes and i donât even know why it took so long but as i mentioned earlier...WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE WHO ORDERED AND ATE AT THE RESTAURANT. When my chicken came i was so disappointed. There was at least 8 small sized bites of chicken on my plate and girl.... the half plate was covered with grease. So after i ate two of them i found another suprise in my chicken...A HAIR. That was the moment when i realized that this restaurant is now a downhill. Before i got my food i went to the toilet to wash my hands and there was a worker or a waitress who was laying on the chairs and watching videos. Well thatâs that i donât recommend it and it wasnât worth it at all so save your money and time and go to another...

Because of that, after we got our foods, we wanted to order sambal after that, and we asked again the waiter about estimated time to served sambal. If it take the long time, we just passed it and had our food on that way But the waitress said, it didn't take a long time to serve it, don't worry
So we decided to ordered it, and actually it had taken a long time until they finished to served sambal We just finished our foods when the sambal had come
I suggest the waiter had to explain it in the first time, maybe they can suggest us to ordered it on...

Menu dari arumah makan ini macam-macam ada ayam, karedok, gado-gado, pecel, sate dan lain-lain. Menu andalan di sini adalah ayam goreng kuning. Untuk harga relatif cukup murah satu paket nya itu Rp22.000 sampai Rp25.000 cocok buat anak kosan maupun mahasiswa.
Fasilitas di rumah makan Fatimah : Full AC ada juga tempat makan diluar yang mungkin ingin merokok, ada toilet (toilet bersih), wastafel.
Ada juga ruang VIP : untuk 30 orang dengan minimum order Rp 600.000 ada proyektor, AC kemudian LCD TV. Di sini juga bisa bayar cash maupun mengunakan credit card ataupun debit karena mereka menyiapkan mesin EDC berbagai macam bank.
Pada bulan Ramadan mereka buka sampai jam 4 subuh itu (informasi dari kasirnya). Untuk servisnya pelayannya ramah, murah senyum dan fast respon untuk orderan.
Saya punya pengalaman hari ini (22 Mei 2019) yang cukup mengesankan bersama dengan teman saya Anita (warga negara Polandia). Kami makan nasi pecel, teman saya ini tidak menyukai pedas. Saya bertanya kepada salah satu pelayan nasi pecelnya jangan pedas ya ? kata pelayannya oh iya tidak pedas mas.
and then buat saya tidak pedas karena mungkin saya orang Indonesia. Anita bilang ke saya sauce kacangnya pedas (Sebagian orang Eropa tidak menyukai masakan pedas). Kemudian saya bertanya ke pelayanan mas, saucenya pedas mas. Ternyata sauce kacangnya dibuat satu kali. Dan memang didalam saucenya ada sedikit cabe. Ya Anita teman saya sangat sensitif dengan rasa pedas. Sehingga teman saya tidak mau memakan menu yg dipesan.
Mungkin disini ada miss comunication. Tiba-tiba ada satu pelayan berinisiatif datang menawarkan, mas mau sauce sate aja dia tidak pedas, atau mungkin saucenya ditambah kecap sedikit. Saya pun mengiyakan itu dan ketika Anita coba dan ternyata dia suka. Dan kami pun melanjutkan makan sampai makanan kita berdua habis.
Saya dan Anita sangat berterima kasih ke mas yg menawarkan sauce satenya (maaf saya lupa menanyakan namanya). Saya sangat menghargai pelayanan yang diberikan Mas itu kepada kami, terima kasih banyak Mas. đđ
