Visited Totsuki with high hopes, but the execution fell short across all three dishes I tried.

Philly Premium Set (275K) The salmon sashimi lacked freshness — noticeably fishy aroma and soft texture that suggests poor handling or low-grade cuts. The rice was dry, grainy, and far from proper sushi rice; it missed the subtle chew and seasoning balance expected in premium sets.

Salmon Creamy Ramen (65K) Visibly oxidized seaweed and a milky, one-dimensional broth. The dish lacked depth, and the salmon didn’t integrate well into the flavor profile. More dairy soup than ramen.

Ceremonial Matcha Latte (80K) Their so-called “signature milk” tasted like an odd mix of fresh and oat milk — clashing rather than complementing the matcha. It lacked the clarity and umami you’d expect from ceremonial-grade tea.

While the ambiance is visually pleasant and well-suited for casual meetups, the food unfortunately doesn’t justify the premium pricing. Not a place I’d revisit for a serious Japanese...

If you want japanese fusion food and at the same time want a good coffee and desserts then you should visit this place. Recommend dishes: Aburi Salmon Chiraisi Don, Salmon Spicy Crunchy Roll, Salmon Fried Rice, and Meat Lover Pizza. All the beverages we ordered was good : Iced Caffè Latte, Butter Sea Salt, and Pistachio Matcha. All of it have the right amount of sweetness and well blend. tertarik karena that so called food blogger bilang tempat ini bagus. nyatanya ZONK. pertama, makanannya datang super LAMA. saya pesan sushi, tori skin, dan ramen. yang pertama datang tori skin okelah. disusul oleh sushi tanpa satupun cutlery (sumpit, tempat soyu, piring). selang 30menitan saya minta alat makan, karena ya gmana mau makannya dong? tempat soyunya aja gaada, apalagi sumpit. hanya bisa menatap sushi dengan bengong lol. nah kocaknya pas saya minta sumpit, waitressnya cuman ngasih satu, padahal saya makan berdua. like what? itupun sumpit to’. beberapa menit saya minta tempat soyu juga dan sumpit 1 lagi. eh waitressnya bawa 1 tempat soyu😭😭 entah ini restaurant tidak siap menjual atau gmana sampe pelayanannya linglung gini, gak ditraining kah atau gmana idk. pegawainya bingung, customer juga bingung. habis itu saya tunggu ramen saya udah sejaman ga dateng, dan saya perhatikan waitressnya ngasih ramen ke table lain. i was so sure that was my order, terus habis itu waitress dateng kalau temannya salah ngasih orderan💀💀 katanya boleh nunggu lagi gak atau disuruh cancel aja. yaudah saya cancel. itu sejam lebih loh yaaaa. ternyata table lain pun juga complain hal yang sama. dan bisa dicheck di google review semua hampir bad review dan review pengalaman yang serupa. semoga habis kejadian ini, totsuki berbenah diri. at least training waitressnya untuk lebih strategis, fokus, dan attention to details:) oiya, piring buat tiramisunya kalau bisa jangan pake...
