Restoran Sederhana — Restaurant in Malang

Cause I am not really hungry so I just asked for small rice.. and tempe.. Without the sambal and vegetables blablabla.. We had 2 plates.. and the other one is nasi sayur and rendang complete. . My rice comes with big portion with dead insight( idk its mosquito or ant ) with tempe that I asked them to give me the new one.. but its comes with the one that Already on the plate So i had to asked again to changed the new one cause there are lots of ants.( maybe been there a whole of day) but again they came with a small plate by itself.. cause they dont know how to communication.. For the rendang was ok.. tasty but a bit hard.. and when we asked for another one additional rendang.. and we were so surprised that its come with 2 rendang in the plate.. and, spontaneously I asked Me : “ excuse me, this is one or 2? “ Waiter : “ 2” Me : “ oh sorry, I just order one” Waiter: “Its ok, we count the one that you eat only” Me : *surprised and dont want to argue anymore”

So we used new spoon and took one rendang. And bring the plate far away from us.. cause I believe this poor rendang will be back for the next customers😅..

Before we came, we read the reviews that its pricey so we took a pictures of all the prices.. And I went to cashier for paying and tell him what I Had, One nasi rendang complete. Plus rice only and tempe.. I was shocked cause my only rice the price same like the complete rice ☺️ what a shamed for the cashier that explained me there is no difference between rice only and complete...

restoran padang dg brand sederhana paling mengecewakan.. saya sdh puluhan kali makan d restoran padang sederhana mulai dr jakarta, jogja, semarang, surabaya.. pelayanan d malang mengecewakan dan bahkan pelit porsi untuk brand sederhana.. saat dine-in; a. pelayan cuek tidak menawari mau minum apa, pdhl teh tawar aja blm dihidangkan, b. saat mau pesan roti canai, pelayan bilang tidak ada menu itu, pdhl minggu sebelumnya kami barusan beli roti canai disana, akhirnya kami suruh dia cek tanya sama temannya dan kembali lg bilang klo habis (jawaban habis masi bisa diterima, tp masa iya pelayan ga tau menu d restoran nya, emg ga ada training?) c. porsi nasi dikiiiiit banget buat resto padang sederhana, apalagi klo pas minta nasi tambahan.. d. pesan ayam pop 3 porsi, dikasi sambalnya cm 1 piring kecil, kira2 isinya 2sendok makan (yang kira2 d resto padang sederhana lain utk 1 ayam pop aja), pas kami minta tambah cm dikasi dikit lagi.. astagaaaa..

pesan via aplikasi online; a. bulan maret pesan 6 ayam pop, dikasi sambal ayam pop nya cuman 2sendok makan (plastik terpisah, jd kami bisa ukur banyak nya), sangat mengecewakan sekali.. b. bulan april kembali pesan 6 ayam pop, bahkan kali ini lebih parah, hanya dikasi 1 sendok makan.. kecewa banget brand padang sederhana kok peliiit kayak gini..

klo liat review pengunjung lain, masalah utama nya pelayanan, tp kenapa ga berubah? apakah karena saat ini satu2 restoran padang sederhana d kota malang?
