Kedaishi Ramen - Pulosari — Restaurant in Malang

There is no doubt to say that they sell the best ramen in town! Portion and pricing are very fair. I'm very certain the owner really understands how the true flavour of ramen including the garnishes!

While other ramen stalls add beansprouts, choy sum, or sausage (excuse me?) and claim they sell "so-called japanese ramen", Kedaishi will give you different answers and this is true japanese ramen! Do not call yourself a ramen lover if you haven't been to Kedaishi! Seriously!

I have been eating here many times and they never change the flavour balance. Double thumbs up! 😍

Ordered the meals via grabfood, so can't review the place. The food was a bit disappointing. The food portion is small, make them overpriced. Ordered: Laksa udon (3/5): the soup is bland. Tomyam udon (3/5): the soup is bland and so sour. Tori katsu udon (4/5): the fish broth tastes good and the chicken katsu is well-fried. Smoked tuna baked rice (2/5): the tuna is burnt, make it taste bitter and hard to chew and the sauce is too salty. Not recommended. Chizumaru (3/5): a bit salty but well-fried. This restaurant have fair taste and price. The location of this place is strategist enough and accessible from the main road of the city. So for tourist and foreingner can come here. But I had some past experience that the dish came too long so that make me unconfortable and I hoped this didnt happen anymore in the future. Thank you for your attention.
