Cocari — Restaurant in Malang

This AYCE life up its good reputation. Came in yesterday afternoon to spoil myself a lil' bit, without reservation and just for one person. just waited outside for a while, no biggie. Front desk are friendly and super helpful. Since it's weekend so majority of them are couple, friend group and family. It has spacious room and booth also warm lighting for vibe. They also accepts debit card such as Mandiri and BRI. The price tags are more pricier than other but it is on par with they offered.

Food : They have quite diverse option of meat, vegetable and side dish for yakiniku and hotpot. Meats are tasty and tender for each own flavor, marinated but not too overwhelming. Sushi, tempura and odeng are quite good. Deserts like traditional drink, ice cream, cake, and built your own es campur also nice.

Service : They are helpful, and attentive. I've seen other tables asked for change of yakiniku plate, came back with clean hotplate and scorching charcoal. Cleaners swiftly handled dirty tables and imo clean and no sticky feels at all. Refills also...

So far, Cocari is the best restaurant with all-you-can-eat concept in Malang for me. All food and ingredients are exceptionally high in quality and definitely satisfying. You can find several types of beef from Wagyu, Australian beef, American beef, marinated beef and many others. My favorite is definitely the wagyu beef and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to bring some of those wagyu beef to your grill. You can also find seafood, chicken, vegetables, mushrooms, kimchi, desserts, free-refill drinks and much more at their self-help bar. Their sauces are absolutely bomb especially the spicy sauce! I already visited this place 3 times and their service is getting absolutely better each time I went to eat here. Restaurant with delicious food and good service like Cocari really deserves the recognition...

One of the top all-you-can-eat buffets in Malang, this place probably has the best meat selection. It offers regular wagyu beef, seafood, and even more unusual options like cow liver and lungs—items you wouldn't find in ordinary AYCE restaurants. The side dishes are also great, especially the sushi and the nori tacos. The main letdown is the limited selection of sauces—only three types are available. Additionally, the marinated meat is too sweet for my taste. Although it's teriyaki, it has a more dominant Javanese flavor. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely come...
