We used to be very happy with this place. But recently they seemed to change the whole staffs, and now it is a big disappointment.
We are Platinum member of their chain, and usually we got to enjoy a discount based on the qty of main course we ordered.
Now they insist that the discount is based on the people sitting (note: sitting not dining) in the table with you.
For example they have 50% discount for 2 people (but they usually measure people as in quantity of main course ordered). Every time I went there with my spouse, ordered 1 main course, they never gave us the 50% discount because we only ordered 1 main course. Which I happily comply, accept and understand. And we have dined here more than 10x, following the “main courses” rule.
But tonight I went there with spouse, my toddler and his nanny. Both my son and his nanny have just finished their dinner so they visit the resto just to accompany me and my spouse. We ordered 2 main courses and the staff insisted that we cant enjoy the 50% discount because there were 4 people sitting in the resto.
Wait what?? So when it’s 2 people dining, they said it was based on main courses. And now when we ordered 2 main courses they changed their word and said it is based on number of people sitting. Which is new to us. Again, we have been there more than 10x but seriously this is our first time experiencing this.
If you want to make it as strict as 2 people ordering 2 main courses to enjoy the benefit, i would have understood. But no, u just decided to change the rules based on who is in charge of the resto that night.

Staff forget or didnt care when asked for tabasco, had to ask twice, and finally got it ourselves. The bar was not even full. Resto Staff didnt care when ask to help finding the towel for swimming or the designated staff, while no pool staff was to be seen (this pool next to the bar and they provide f&b service for the guest using the pool).
Lack of coordination between the bar and front office. Had to walk past through the heavy rain because the staff refused to call the front service to confirm my accorplus membership number. Very bad system where they cannot provide the membership discount unless I can provide the number at the resto while the bill would be charged /integrated to the room (where all my membership info were already taken).
Overall very bad service and system, staffs were not helpful at all, average taste and pricey food/ drinks, not...
